Comprehensive utilization of energy such as electricity,gas,cooling,and heat is of great significance for reducing costs and saving energy and reducing emissions.The mode,the planning theory,the construction technology are all the problem of integrated energy system that needs to be studied.The planning method of integrated energy system is the first problem to be solved.In the coupling planning of the power grid,natural gas network,and steam network of an integrated energy system,the capacity and operation of the energy network or terminal equipment affect each other,involving many variables and constraints,making planning difficult.The theories and methods of integrated energy system planning considering multi-network coupling are studied.The main work completed and the main results obtained are as follows:1)The system and structure of the multi-network coupled energy system was established;the physical structure containing 3 types of energy network,5 types of energy,and 12 types of coupled equipment was constructed.The cost,constraint index system of planning was studied.The planning flow and decision-making variables of the multi-network coupled energy system were determined.2)The uncertain factors in the multi-network coupled energy system are analyzed,and processing methods for uncertainty scenarios are introduced.An extended planning model of multi-network coupled energy station system was established,and an optimization planning method for the energy station system based on regret aversion was proposed to solve the planning risk under the uncertainty.3)With the minimum energy system cost and the minimum grid cost as the planning goals,a collaborative power grid planning method for a multi-network coupled energy system is proposed.The energy station planning model,grid planning model,network reconstruction are considered.4)Completed the expansion planning of Wenzhou Industrial Park and North BinHai area of the Economic Development Zone.The results show that the method in this paper can reduce the system cost by 5%,the power grid construction cost by 25%,and the planning risk by 18%.It proves the effectiveness of the multi-network coupled planning model and collaborative planning method of power grid.Multi-network coupling planning is one of the key issues of integrated energy systems.The planning models and planning methods studied and proposed in this paper have guiding significance for the planning,design,and construction of integrated energy systems.
