| With the depletion of fossil fuels such as oil,natural gas and coal,the energy supply and consumption structure with fossil fuels as the main component in China is showing an unsustainable trend.In this context,the integrated energy system emerges as the times require.The integrated energy system increases the penetration of renewable energy and improves the overall energy efficiency of the regional integrated energy system by coordinating planning,optimizing operation and complementing each other.However,the regional comprehensive energy system has complex multi energy coupling characteristics on the physical level.On the economic level,the comprehensive service,investment and operation mode are mixed and the technical and economic relations are complex.At the comprehensive evaluation level,a comprehensive comprehensive comprehensive evaluation index system and a scientific and effective comprehensive evaluation model have not been established.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the energy efficiency of regional integrated energy system,analyze the investment operation mode and technical economy of regional integrated energy system.On this basis,the regional comprehensive energy system is comprehensively evaluated to promote the further development of the regional comprehensive energy system and solve the energy and environmental problems.In this paper,a systematic study is carried out around the comprehensive assessment of regional comprehensive energy system,and the specific research contents are as follows:(1)Construct the exergy efficiency analysis model of regional comprehensive energy system.Firstly,the theoretical basis of the exergy efficiency analysis is combed,and the scientific and advanced characteristics of exergy efficiency analysis in energy efficiency assessment are revealed.Secondly,based on the physical structure and typical equipment unit of the regional integrated energy system,a comprehensive algorithm for calculating the exergy efficiency of the regional integrated energy system is proposed,and the energy efficiency of the regional integrated energy system is comprehensively assessed from the system level.Thirdly,in order to reveal the transfer,conversion,utilization and loss of exergy in the layers of system,equipment and components,the power subsystem and heat/cold subsystem of the regional integrated energy system are decomposed into three layers for exergic efficiency analysis.Finally,the regional integrated energy system A and B are selected as examples for system comprehensive exergy efficiency analysis.(2)Analyze the investment and operation mode and technical economy of regional comprehensive energy system.Firstly,the service and profit modes in the regional comprehensive energy system are analyzed and sorted out,and then the typical investment and operation modes are proposed.Secondly,a regional integrated energy system cost-benefit analysis model covering all categories of cost-benefit items is proposed.Thirdly,the commonly used technical and economic analysis methods are analyzed to construct a technical and economic measurement tool considering the life cycle of regional integrated energy system.Finally,the technical and economic analysis of regional integrated energy system A and B is carried out.(3)Put forward a comprehensive evaluation model of regional integrated energy system considering exergy efficiency.Firstly,safety and reliability indexes,energy efficiency evaluation indexes,economic indexes and social benefit indexes are selected as the secondary indexes of the comprehensive evaluation index system of the regional integrated energy system.And each secondary index is further refined to form the final comprehensive evaluation index system of the regional integrated energy system considering exergy efficiency.Secondly,based on the idea of combining subjectivity and objectivity,the entropy weight-order relation combination weighting method is proposed,and the comprehensive assessment model of exergy efficiency is constructed by using the gray triangle clustering assessment method.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation of regional integrated energy system A and B is carried out.The results show that the model overcomes the problems of energy efficiency index and technical and economic analysis in previous studies,and evaluates the regional integrated energy system scientifically and effectively from multiple dimensions,which is of practical significance. |
