| Since the beginning of the new century,China’s urbanization has been fully developed and the urban population has expanded rapidly.One of the manifestations of urban expansion is urban renewal.The current urban renewal is mainly manifested as "extensive" urban renewal and "demolition and construction" renewal due to the renewal mode and consciousness.As China’s urban development is transitioning from an incremental model to a stock model,the "micro-renewal" model on a small scale begins to be paid attention to.Microupdates focus on areas such as older neighborhoods,neighborhoods and cultural and historical sites.The author focus on micro renewal design field,the research scope is limited to the old neighborhood neighborhood space micro renewal design range,from the perspective of people and the environment interaction is analyzed,combining based on the investigation of the status quo,combined with excellent examples analysis,space for old blocks of micro renewal design and optimization provides some strategies and Suggestions.In the elaboration of this paper,the author firstly clarified the theory,concept,composition and activity mode of micro-renewal,and elaborated and explained the relevant concepts,mode and content involved in the block,thus constructing and perfecting the theoretical research framework of this paper.Secondly,it combs and studies the historical changes of the block where the project is located,locates the existing problems of the contemporary old block,and defines the design requirements and direction.Thirdly,by summarizing and sorting out some existing theories and strategies of micro-renewal design,the common principles and methods are obtained and applied to the strength discussion in this paper.Finally,by comprehensively utilizing the contents described in the first five chapters and presenting the micro-renewal design case of Xiangzimiao block space,this paper expounds the concept and way of micro-renewal design from another perspective.This paper aims to solve some problems existing in urban renewal with micro-renewal,and reflects them through relevant cases,hoping to provide certain reference and reference for the design and research of relevant cases in the future. |
