China’s future automobile industry will achieve sustainable development with three main directions: energy-saving vehicles,new energy vehicles,and intelligent connected vehicles.In the Chinese market,the development of new energy vehicles is driven by battery electric vehicles.At the same time,under the combined effect of new technologies and people-oriented design ideas,automobile design is showing an "inside-out" trend.Automotive interior design is getting more and more attention,while users’ demand has also received high attention from enterprises.This article takes battery electric vehicles as the starting point to construct and practice a battery electric vehicle interior design method based on scenario requirements.Based on the results above,this article explores a new system and method for the interior design of battery electric vehicles.Firstly,based on the knowledge map,this article analyzes the application status and trends of scenario theory in the field of product design,and then summarizes the relevant theories and research methods of scenario research to achieve the purpose of analyzing the basic application process of scenario research in the field of product design.This article also summarizes the development history of automotive interior design,and combs the interior design process and methods of battery electric vehicles based on the existing vehicle development process.Based on the analysis of the design differences between battery electric vehicles and traditional fuel vehicles,the development trends of battery electric vehicles interior design is summarized.Secondly,based on the relevant theories of scenario research and battery electric vehicles interior design,this paper builds a framework and method for the design process of battery electric vehicle interiors based on scenario requirements,which are divided into scenario research,requirements analysis,design framework,scheme design,and design verification before production.This article analyzes and researches the demand of the users in different scenes through these processes and then draws the design results.Finally,after completing the construction of the design process framework and method,this article conducts design practice to complete the theoretical verification.Design practice is mainly divided into four parts: scenario research,demand research,design framework,and scheme design.The scene research part is to obtain the scene data of the target user through user research,and perform scene classification based on multidimensional scaling(MDS)and cluster analysis method.The demand research part is to use the scenario script method to derive the car scene requirements,and use the Kano model to sort the requirements.The design framework part is to establish a design framework based on the results of ordering requirements.The scheme design part is to design specific schemes based on the design framework.This paper systematically builds the framework and method of battery electric vehicle interior design flow based on scenario demand,completes the purpose of enhancing the theoretical system of battery electric vehicle interior design,and designs the future battery electric vehicle interior design scheme.This will provide design reference for interior designers and guide the development of battery electric vehicle interior design towards a more humane and scientific direction. |
