Electrical Changing Station Of Battery Electric Vehicle Design Research Based On User Experience

In the context of global anxiety over environmental and resource issues,the electric vehicle industry is growing rapidly,especially in China,where the government has elevated its development to the level of a national energy strategy.It is worth noting that pure electric vehicles account for the largest proportion of electric vehicles.Although the development of pure electric vehicles is very fast,the supporting electric power supplement equipment is not perfect.As a kind of electric energy supplement,electrical changing station,if it can explore its due value,provide more electric energy supplement solutions for users and solve their anxiety about electric energy supplement,will be beneficial to the development of the entire pure electric vehicle industry.Based on the analysis and research of domestic and foreign research status and the development of the whole industry,this paper uses the relevant theories of user experience design to formulate the relevant design principles and process methods for the electrical changing station of pure electric vehicles.By means of user interviews and data access,the pain points of users were analyzed and summarized.Combined with the current market situation,the design positioning was determined.That is to say,the NIO brand was taken as an example to apply the electrical changing station of pure electric vehicles in the expressway scene.Then according to the above research,put forward the design idea.Finally,according to the above theories and ideas,a complete set of design scheme is put forward to provide some references for the design and research of the electrical changing station of pure electric vehicles.
