The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that we should build a market-oriented green technology innovation system and strengthen the energy conservation and environmental protection industry.Automobile is the pillar industry of our country.New energy vehicles can promote energy conservation and emission reduction,which is the direction of the sustainable and healthy development of our automobile industry.In order to speed up the development process of new energy vehicles,our country will bring them into the strategic emerging industries for key support.The specific financial subsidies and tax incentives in the financial and tax policies support the new energy vehicle enterprises greatly.With the support of the policies,the development of new energy vehicles in China is very fast,but there are also problems such as short endurance mileage,insufficient infrastructure,etc.and the new energy vehicle enterprises in China are about to face the policy situation of complete decline of financial subsidies.How can enterprises get rid of the financial subsidies The dependence of Posts has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,it is necessary to study the impact of fiscal and tax policies on new energy vehicle enterprises,determine the degree of dependence of new energy vehicle enterprises on fiscal and tax policies,so that enterprises can cope with the challenge of subsidy decline;at the same time,explore the deficiencies of fiscal and tax policies in the new energy vehicle industry at this stage,and provide suggestions for the government to formulate reasonable fiscal and tax policies.Based on the market failure theory,rent-seeking theory and industrial development theory,this paper studies the impact of financial and tax policies on new energy vehicle enterprises,and then combs the financial and tax policies and problems of new energy vehicles in China,and then uses the micro data of BYD Company to analyze the impact of financial and tax policies on new energy vehicle enterprises.In case analysis,firstly,the paper analyzes the financial subsidies and tax incentives of BYD,so as to clarify the scale of financial subsidies and tax incentives,and then studies the impact of financial subsidies and tax incentives on BYD’s new energy vehicle business and business performance.The case analysis draws the following conclusions: first,BYD’s value-added tax and consumption tax are basically decreasing year by year,the scale of value-added tax and consumption tax incentives enjoyed by enterprises is increasing year by year,the proportion of financial subsidies in the net profit is large,and the business profit of enterprises is inflated;second,the sales volume and main business of BYD’s new energy vehicles are increased by financial subsidies and tax incentives Revenue and technological innovation have a great role in promoting;third,financial subsidies and tax incentives can effectively improve the business performance of enterprises,but mainly in terms of profitability,which is not significant in terms of operating capacity and solvency;fourth,in the early stage of BYD development,financial subsidies have a greater impact on business performance than tax incentives,and other new energy vehicle businesses After forming a certain scale,the incentive effect of tax incentives is better.Finally,according to the conclusion of the case and the existing problems,this paper puts forward that in the case of gradual decline of subsidies,we should make full use of various measures of tax incentives to promote the development of enterprises,and put forward suggestions for improving the existing financial subsidies and tax incentives.
