Mechanical vibration is a special form of motion.In engineering practice,mechanical vibration is very common.In the project,many vibration machines are designed based on the principle of vibration,such as vibration machine tools,vibrating conveyors,vibratory pile drivers,etc.However,mechanical vibration also has a negative side.For example,the vibration of the ship at sea causes the hull to break,and the resonance causes the bridge to collapse.The product produced due to mechanical vibration does not meet the accuracy requirements.With the continuous development of the machinery industry and science and technology,more and more high precision,high stability and low noise products are required.Therefore,vibration is one of the problem solved at once in present science circle.Gear is the main mechanical transmission tool in the mechanical equipment.Gears may have wear,cracks,broken teeth and other faults during the meshing process.These faults may cause vibration and noise during the operation of the machine,affecting the smoothness of the gear transmission.There is a huge hazard,so the fault diagnosis of the gear transmission system is of great significance.The vibration response will change when the mechanical equipment fails,so the vibration response can be used to diagnose the mechanical fault.The vibration machinery is huge in volume,difficult to disassemble,inconvenient for fault diagnosis,and the cost of fault diagnosis is high.Therefore,it is necessary to design a vibration test bench.The vibration test bench provides circular vibration,linear vibration and elliptical vibration.It can achieve bearing condition monitoring,gear fault diagnosis and spring consistency detection,improving the efficiency of mechanical fault diagnosis.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the vibration test bench,it is necessary to meet the three motion modes of circular vibration,linear vibration and elliptical vibration.By changing the quality of theeccentric mass and calculating the parameters of the relevant components,a simple structure of the vibration test bench is designed to facilitate the detection of components.(2)The three-dimensional solid model of the gear pair is established,and the model is imported into the finite element software ANSYS for finite element analysis to calculate the meshing stiffness and modal frequency of the normal gear pair.The finite element model of the root crack and the broken gear pair is established.The meshing stiffness and modal frequency of the two faulty gear pairs are obtained by finite element analysis.The fault diagnosis of the two kinds of fault gear pairs is completed by comparing the dynamic response with the normal gear pair.(3)The dynamic response of the cracked gear pair and the broken gear pair is obtained on the basis of the vibration test table.The fault diagnosis mechanism of the cracked tooth root gear pair and the broken tooth gear pair is established by comparing the dynamic response experimental values with the normal gear pair.
