With the deepening of electric power market reform,electric power enterprises will face increasingly fierce market competition,and the importance of marketing management work gradually appears.Electricity charge is the main source of income of power supply enterprises,and the timely and effective recovery of electricity charge is crucial to the benign operation of power supply enterprises,so the collection of electricity charge is the focus of marketing management.The number of customers using common transformer is large,accounting for about 80% of the workload of electricity charge collection,the efficiency of the management of customers using common transformer determines the efficiency of the entire management work.Due to the lack of market competition consciousness caused by long-term monopoly operation,the current electricity charge collection management strategies of power supply enterprises often ignore the cost input,no customer experience,and blindly pursue the electricity charge recovery,which directly affects the overall improvement of enterprise marketing.How to effectively complete the electricity bill collection and speed up the capital return is an urgent problem for the power supply enterprises to consider and solve at present.This paper analyzes the current situation of the customers and staff of S power supply bureau,and then evaluates the implementation effect of the current collection process from the four dimensions of electricity charge recovery,collection cost,customer experience and employee pressure,summarizes the existing problems,andproposes specific optimization strategies and measures.Firstly,by setting the minimum calculated electricity consumption threshold,the invalid activities in collection management are eliminated by extending the meter reading cycle,and the total amount of electricity collection is reduced.Secondly,through the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the customer credit evaluation system is established,and differentiated collection strategies and service modes are carried out after customers with different credit grades subdivided,so as to reduce the frequency of electricity charge collection.Finally,the optimal collection route is planned by saving algorithm method to improve the working efficiency.This paper provides some new perspectives for the optimization management of electricity charge collection,and provides some help to improve the efficiency of S power supply bureau’s collection management,so that the bureau’s marketing work can better adapt to the current market environment.
