Earthquake disasters have always been a large-scale,sudden natural disaster that caused human casualties and property damage to all humankind.The damage and loss caused by the earthquake disaster cannot be ignored.Accurate estimation of the risks faced by the existing buildings in the regional building group can effectively reduce the casualties and property losses caused by the earthquake disaster.However,the current assessment of building disaster risk does not consider the impact of the uncertainty of seismic danger on the risk of earthquake disaster on the one hand;on the other hand,the seismic performance assessment based on the full probability theory has not been applied to regional building groups.Therefore,from the perspective of uncertainty,comprehensive consideration of the seismic hazard and the uncertainty of ground motion,and the use of full probability thinking to evaluate the seismic performance will help improve the reliability of the seismic risk assessment of the building group.The following researches work have been done in this article:(1)Based on the existing seismic data in Yunnan Province,a probabilistic seismic hazard analysis(CPSHA)was used to establish a probability model of seismic activity in Yunnan Province.Then the probability distribution characteristics of the level of the ground motion generated by the regional seismic activity on the site are evaluated according to the specific ground motion attenuation model.Taking Chenggong District,Kunming City,Yunnan Province as an example,the potential probability contribution of the potential earthquake source to the project site was calculated,and the seismic danger curve with probability meaning was determined.(2)The building data of Chenggong Campus of Yunnan University were collected and sorted out,and a building earthquake damage prediction information database based on Arc GIS was established.Based on the Hazus database,the parameters of the concentrated mass shear model were determined,and the nonlinear time-history analysis method was used to predict the earthquake damage of the building group of the Chenggong campus of Yunnan University.At the same time,a 3D view of the building is created on the Arc GIS electronic map and the results of the earthquake damage are displayed.(3)According to the results of earthquake damage prediction,select building models for different uses,and consider the impact of seismic hazard and ground motion uncertainty on the vulnerability of the building group.The inter-layer displacement angle is selected as the index of ground motion intensity,and the probabilistic seismic vulnerability curve of the structure is obtained by using the analysis function of probability seismic fragility based on the ground motion intensity.At the same time,the analytical function of probabilistic danger risk of structural demand is derived,and the analytical function is used to evaluate the probabilistic seismic risk of model structures for different purposes.(4)Earthquake damage assessment of buildings based on full probability theory.According to the FEMA P-58 method,according to the structure type,non-structural component type,number and distribution of the building,and the number and distribution of the internal property of the building,the inter-layer displacement angle(IDR)and the peak floor acceleration(PFA)obtained from the earthquake damage prediction)And other structural responses(called engineering demand parameters,EDP).The results of seismic losses down to the component level are given,combined with the replacement funds corresponding to the building structure category,and the direct economic losses of each type of building are calculated.Finally,the economic losses,repair time and casualties.Based on Arc GIS,this paper applies the prediction of regional earthquake damage to the campus,combines disaster assessment and performance assessment,and carries out risk assessment of regional probabilistic earthquake disaster on chenggong campus of yunnan university.The research results of this paper are of great significance to the assessment of regional building probability earthquake risk,and will provide reference for the earthquake relief work of relevant and the reduction of earthquake damage losses and casualties.
