Research On The Colored Paintings Of Interior Architecture In Fengguo’s Temple In Yixian County

Fengguo temple is the royal temple of Liao Dynasty which was built in 1020,the ninth year of Kaitai period of Liao Dynasty.It is in the period of prosperity and development of Liao Dynasty and the integration of multi-ethnic culture.Therefore,Fengguo temple in Yixian has distinct multi-cultural characteristics.First,this paper uses literature research and field research to explore the conditions for the form ation of color painting of Fengguo temple in Yixian County,in order to show the cultural value of calendar meaning that the color painting of Fengguo temple in Yixi an County should have.Then this paper uses case study method to study the flying image and decorative types of Fengguo temple in Yixian,in order to show the artistic value of Fengguo temple in Yixian.In the end,this paper obtains the clear image of Fengguo temple building color painting in Yixian through the field investigati on,in order to prove that the integration of regional culture and ethnic culture provides a good atmosphere for the art development of Fengguo temple building color painting in Yixian.It shows that the phenomenon of worshiping Buddha in Liao D ynasty and the idea of ruling the country by religion of yelulungxu are also closely connected with the theme of Fengguo temple building color painting in Yixian.As the focus of this paper is on the Fengguo temple building color painting,this paper combs the image of Fengguo temple building color painting in Yixian County,and finds that the depiction of flying sky image and decorative pattern,as well as the skills in composition,color and technique,all show the characteristics of local charac teristics and multi-cultural.At the same time,the painting of Fengguo temple in Yi xian County has the characteristics of belief in civilians,secularization and nationa lization.The identity of its royal Buddhist temple proves that the painting of Fengguo temple in Yixian County was the highest level of the painting of Liao Dynasty at that time.It has profound historical and artistic value.In addition,Fengguo temple in Yixian County,as a national cultural heritage recorded in the world cultural heritage reserve list,should be protected and studied reasonably today when it has passed on and developed for thousands of years.
