| In the context of China’s increasing emphasis on manufacturing and rapid growth of technology,the development of high-end equipment manufacturing has played a major role in Shandong’s response to the “Made in China 2025” policy and the introduction of new and old kinetic energy conversion.The paper analyzes and evaluates the competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province by using the evaluation index system and the factor analysis method to establish the evaluation index system of high-end equipment manufacturing competitiveness.Details as follows:First,analyze the development level of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province at this stage.Through the panel data and patent map method in recent years,we can see that the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province is not excellent at this stage.It is ranked above the middle level on the national level,and there is still some room for improvement and optimization.Second,establish the evaluation index system for the competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province.By summarizing the literature and the existing data,the evaluation index system of high-end equipment manufacturing competitiveness is obtained,including the total industrial output value,the number of enterprises,the total assets,and the average number of employees,which is called the industrial scale index;the main business income and profit The total amount and market share are called market competitiveness indicators;the output value profit rate,the number of R&D personnel,the R&D expenditure,and the output value of new products are called competitive potential indicators,and a total of11 indicators.Thirdly,based on the evaluation index system of high-end equipment manufacturing competitiveness,the factor analysis method is used to analyze the competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing in 14 provinces and cities including Shandong Province from both horizontal and vertical perspectives.The evaluation results show that the competitiveness of high-end equipmentmanufacturing industry in Shandong Province ranks above the middle level in 14 provinces and cities,and there is still no room for improvement.The main problem is that some industries are not competitive and cause high-end equipment manufacturing in Shandong Province.The overall strength is not high,and there are problems such as insufficient industrial scale,unreasonable industrial structure,insufficient technical innovation personnel,low innovation capability,and weak competitive potential.According to the analysis of the problems,put forward corresponding countermeasures,improve the strength of the inadequacies to enhance the competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province. |
