| The stable and rapid development of national economy along with the progress of social civilization and the improvement of people’s income level,therefore,people in the material life are met under the premise of pay more attention to spiritual pursuit and enjoyment,the traditional tourism has can’t satisfy people’s demand,more and more people are looking forward to and pursue high quality,innovative forms,content-rich tourism form.Today,cruise travel,as a new representative of leisure tourism,has become the choice of more and more Chinese people to go out for leisure.Due to the limitation of cruise tourism activities,which increases the possibility of interaction between tourists,the interaction between tourists in cruise tourism is a worthy research direction.First of all,this article reviews the literature on the research on interaction,experience value,and subjective well-being among tourists.Based on the theory of interpersonal communication,social exchange,and the theory of "stimulus-body-response",it constructs the interaction,experience value,and subjectivity among tourists.Research model between happiness.The interaction among tourists includes 6 dimensions: interaction time,interaction method,impact degree,interaction value,interaction intensity and equality perception;experience value is composed of cognitive experience value,emotional experience value and social experience value.And constitute;subjective well-being consists of three dimensions: life satisfaction,positive emotions and negative emotions.This article obtains sample data by issuing questionnaires online and offline,and uses SPSS22.0 and AMOS21.0 software for empirical analysis based on the sample data,including descriptive statistical analysis and reliability and validity of the scale.Analysis,and hypothesis testing of structural equation models.The study found that the time of interaction between cruise tourists only had a significant positive impact on the emotional experience value of tourists,and could not have a significant impact on the value of cognitive experience and social experience.The degree of interaction between tourists on cruise ships The experience value of tourism has no significant impact.The interaction methods,interaction valence,interaction intensity and equality perception of cruise tourists have a significant positive impact on the experience value of tourists.Of the 9 hypothesis tests between experience value and subjective well-being,2 failed.Among them,the cognitive value experience of cruise tourists during the cruise tour has no significant effect on tourists ’positive and negative emotions,but has a significant positive impact on tourists’ life satisfaction.The emotional value experience and social value experience of tourists have a significant impact on the three dimensions of subjective well-being.Finally,according to the conclusion of the empirical study,the management suggestions are put forward specifically,including providing more open and friendly interactive space for cruise tourists,holding various on-board entertainment activities with rich themes,expanding online interactive channels and actively providing personalized services and help,so as to improve the experience value and subjective well-being of cruise tourists. |
