In the transformer industry,TW company,as a leading enterprise,must seize the opportunity to enter the high-end market in order to maintain its existing market position and long-term development.TW company strengthens the concept of management accounting in the process of enterprise management,and uses project management tools to manage its investment and construction project.TW company has sufficient practical experience in management accounting.Research on the project of TW company can be combined with its application experience in management accounting to carry out research on management accounting.Combined with the theoretical knowledge and case study,the author summarizes its experience,finds out the problems in the application of project management,and puts forward targeted suggestions to provide reference for other enterprises.Firstly,this paper studies the project from the theoretical level,and then studies the specific application of TW company.This paper discusses the feasibility analysis of TW company’s investment decision-making for project A,the preliminary project plan,the control in the process of project implementation,including schedule control,investment control with comprehensive budget management,quality control,and the specific implementation process of project evaluation and final accounts after the completion of the project,and analyzes the practical application of TW company’s project management tools Situation.Through the case study,it is concluded that the application of TW company A project management plays a significant role in making investment decisions and risk aversion,which is of positive significance to the development of enterprises.However,there are still problems in the application of project management tools.The analysis shows that TW company has several problems in the application of project management tools.First of all,the financial staff’s ability is uneven,and the completion and final accounts are too long,which affects the whole project’s use and later accounting;second,the budget control is not strict,which leads to the investment effect of the whole A project and the expected gap and other problems.In addition,from the actual implementation of the A project of TW company and relevant regulations,it is found that the budget adjustment mechanism of TW company is lack of flexibility,not flexible Conducive to maintaining budget vitality.In view of the above problems,TW company should strengthen the training of internal talents,equip excellent and sufficient human resources for the implementation of the project;strengthen the informatization construction of the company,attach importance to the collection and analysis of information data;establish an effective assessment mechanism and improve theorganization structure,modify and perfect the most budget adjustment mechanism to ensurethe implementation of the budget.I hope that through this study,the application of TW company’s current project management tools is analyzed,and the problems found are of practical significance.The proposed improvement measures can be targeted to solve the problems in the application process of TW company’s project management.It also hopes to provide reference for companies of the same industry or type when making project investment decisions.
