Research On The Precisely-Renewal Design Of The Poor Minority Villages In Southern Yunnan Border Area

Since the reform and opening up,China has been committed to eliminating poverty,and Chinese-style poverty reduction has shifted from extensive poverty alleviation to targeted poverty alleviation.The construction of a new socialist countryside has shifted from rural land reform to rural revitalization.As a collection of regional culture and ecological civilization,it is necessary to establish self-confidence in regional culture and attach importance to ecological environmental protection,which is of great significance to the targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in poor villages.Since the introduction of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",how to integrate and develop rural economic,cultural,and ecological civilization has become a hot issue in rural development.The southern Yunnan border area is a typical "minority,border,and poor" area.In China’s continuously accelerating urbanization process,how to meet the living and production needs of the poor rural people under limited conditions,while continuing the local characteristic culture and establishing a green and civilized village has become an urgent problem.Starting from the context of targeted poverty alleviation and rural rejuvenation,this thesis combines some related theories carry out a study of precision design on the poor ethnic minority villages in southern Yunnan border area.This thesis takes the poor ethnic minority villages in southern Yunnan border area as the main research object,and has carried out residential renewal design,overall rural planning,and overall planning of the poor villages in Menglian County from three aspects: in-situ reconstruction,relocation,and urban-rural integration.The aim is to improve the quality of life of the people in the southern Yunnan border area,protect local culture and promote regional economic development.from the three aspects of policy standards,technical measures and minority culture.Finally,I hope to provide references and suggestions for the residential renewal and improvement of the overall rural environment of the ethnic minority poor villages.
