With the continuous deepening of the "One Belt,One Road" strategy,the number of expressways in the western mountainous areas has continued to increase,and the expressway network has been continuously improved,which has brought convenience to the people and also brought severe traffic safety situations,especially mountain expressways.Traffic accidents occur frequently in long and steep downhill sections.Warning signs are an important part of traffic safety facilities.Their setting directly affects drivers’ judgments of road information during driving.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe operation of long and steep downhill sections of mountain expressways,the initiative of traffic safety is improved.It is necessary to study the adaptability of warning signs on long and steep downhill sections.First of all,based on the analysis of the adaptability of traffic safety facilities at home and abroad,combined with the collected data on the long and steep downslope accident-prone sections of the mountainous expressway in Yunnan Province,the long and steep downslope sections are analyzed in terms of people,vehicles,roads,and traffic management.Analysis of traffic accidents.Combining with the characteristics of the accident,the interaction between warning signs on long and steep downhill sections and factors affecting road traffic safety is analyzed.Then,a real-vehicle experiment was designed for drivers of heavy-duty trucks and drivers of small passenger cars,and the adaptability of warning signs on typical long and large downhill sections of Kunchu Expressway was studied.Through Ergo LAB physiological psychometer,I-View HED4 eye tracker,V-BOX speedometer,collect the behavior data,eye movement data and physiological and psychological data of the subjects during the experiment,and extract 13 indicators as the driver of this experiment Behavioral characteristics indicators.According to the driver’s first gaze at the location of the warning sign and the geographical location of the warning sign,the road section is divided into a section 100 meters before the sign is recognized and a section affected by the sign.Through the descriptive analysis and difference analysis of the 13 characteristic indicators in the 100-meter area before the sign visual recognition and the sign-affected area,it is found that for heavy-duty truck drivers,speed,average pupil diameter X,and average pupil diameter Y,Electrocardiogram,electrical skinand electromyographyhave differences;for car drivers,speed,electrocardiogram,electrical skin and electromyography have differences.Through correlation analysis,it is found that the speed,longitudinal acceleration,average pupil size X,average pupil size Y,electric skin and electromyography of heavy-duty truck drivers are significantly related to the warning signs of the long downhill section.Driver speed,longitudinal acceleration,average pupil size X,average pupil size Y,blink duration,electrical skin and electromyography are significantly correlated with warning signs for long downhill sections.Then,based on the entropy weight-TOPSIS method,combined with MATLAB programming,based on the 6 behavior characteristic parameters that are significantly related to the warning signs of heavy-duty truck drivers,the adaptive optimization of the warning signs on the long and steep downhill section of the Kun-Chu Expressway is carried out.Inferior ranking,it is determined that it is set in the middle of the slope of the long and steep downhill section,and the warning signs that can continuously provide the driver with road information content and the number of words are less,and the warning signs with concise and clear information and the warning signs with special signs are more capable Attract the attention of heavy-duty truck drivers,improve the driving safety of heavy-duty truck drivers,and achieve a good adaptability effect.Finally,based on the accident characteristics of the long and steep downhill section of the mountain expressway,combined with the existing relevant specifications and experimental conclusions,the long and steep downhill section of the mountain expressway is set up in terms of traffic safety facilities,traffic management,and driver’s sight distance transformation.The traffic safety facilities are upgraded. |
