| Quality is the foundation of the competitiveness of companies,the quality control is therefore of great importance.In the meantime,the quality inspection of construction engineering is the key point of construction project’s quality control.To keep improving the quality control ability,it is very important for the companies to apply the basic theories and tools of quality control according to the actual situation in practice.This thesis aims to improve the quality control of quality inspection of construction engineering,to make it more scientific and rationalized.The quality control system is investigated based on the case study of one inspection company with various methods including literature research case study,comparative study and questionnaire survey.The documents of quality control system of the case company were studied with common quality control theories and tools.In-depth survey and analysis on the operation of the case company’s quality control system.A questionnaire survey about the understanding of quality control and the application of quality control tools among engineers who work in the relevant area.The survey results revealed several common problems such as the underutilization of quality control tools,the poor run of quality control system and the under participation of employees in quality control activities.To resolve these problems,the thesis selected suitable quality control tools proposed the ideal of CUAS circle,adjusted the quality control organization structure of the case company by organizing QC(quality control)work group and QC team,to finally build a rational quality control tool system in quality inspection of construction engineering.The core QC tools and the method of their application selected in the thesis can benefit the usage of QC tools.Using the QC tools according to the ideal of CUAS circle can enhance the process of quality control.By adjusting the quality control organization structure of the case company,and organizing QC work group and QC team,everyone who work for the case company can be involved in quality control.In this way,the quality control of the case company and even other companies in quality inspection of construction engineering area can be continuously improved. |
