As an important pillar industry of the country’s economic development,the automobile industry not only represents the level of national competitiveness,but also reflects the country’s overall industrialization level.After China’s entry into the WTO,China’s automobile industry has ushered in huge opportunities for internationalization,and the export business of various automobile companies has developed rapidly.However,as the world economy enters a downturn and domestic economic growth begins to fall from a high-speed period,auto companies’ business in the international market has entered a period of relatively slow development,and competition has become increasingly fierce.In recent years,although some domestic auto companies have entered the overseas auto market through a variety of business strategies and tactics,Chinese auto companies have a large gap with world-renowned multinational auto companies in terms of development scale and product quality.There are also many failures in the process.At present,Chinese automobile enterprises are facing many opportunities and challenges when entering overseas markets.How to determine the appropriate internationalization strategy and implement it effectively is of great significance for Chinese automobile enterprises to correctly realize the development of overseas markets and the development of China’s automobile industry.Based on the actual situation,this article summarizes the internationalization strategies and development status of FAW passenger car,and uses the PEST and Porter five-force models to make a qualitative analysis of the internal and external environments and strategies of FAW passenger cars;Quantitative analysis of external and internal environment using EFE and IFE matrices;Then,the balanced scorecard and analytic hierarchy process are used to analyze and evaluate the internationalization strategy implemented by faw passenger cars,and propose corresponding implementation and safeguard measures. |
