Remote collaborative hybrid test is a new seismic test method which combines numerical simulation and physical test.It solves the problem between large complex structure and insufficient capability of single laboratory test equipment.Based on the network communication technology, the method connects the laboratories distributed in different places, forms the network test system, realizes the sharing of resources, and cooperates with the seismic test of large and complex structures. It has become the trend and research focus of the seismic test methods at present.Based on the hybrid test system, two spatial steel frame substructures are selected for the first time in this paper, and the remote collaborative hybrid test is carried out with a local three-storey and Six-Span high-strength steel composite eccentrically braced steel frame as the full structure model. The applicability of the remote hybrid method is verified by analyzing the structural test data, and the results of finite element analysis are compared to verify the remote collaboration based on the spatial substructure. The validity and accuracy of the same hybrid method. The main contents are as follows:(1)The classification and research status of traditional seismic test methods are expounded, and the development status of high strength steel eccentrically braced steel frames and remote collaborative test methods at home and abroad are introduced.(2)The principle of hybrid test and the steps of various integration methods are described. The framework of Open Fresco’s remote cooperative hybrid test system is established. The functions and settings of the three components of the system are introduced in detail.(3)Two cross local three-storey and Six-Span eccentrically braced steel frames with a scale of 1:2 are set up,three-storey K-eccentrically steel frames on the left side and Y-eccentrically steel frames on the right side were selected as test substructures respectively.Introducing the size and weight of the substructures, test loading devices, simulation of test boundary conditions, loading scheme and definition of "experiment element".(4)Two test substructures are simplified into three-particle and single-particle test units, and a numerical test model is established in Open Sees.First, the substructures are preloaded to test the stability of network communication and the accuracy of loading system. Then,a remote hybrid test is carried out to analyze the displacement response, interlayer shear force and strain changes of the structure, and to verify the combination of the test methods.Applicability of eccentrically braced steel frame structures.(5)Establishing a numerical model by using the finite element software Open Sees Navigator,Introducing the modeling steps, material constitutive relations and damping definitions. Then the time history analysis is carried out and compared with the test results. The validity and accuracy of the remote collaborative hybrid test method based on frame substructure are analyzed. |
