Research On Warehouse Network Optimization Of S Electric Power Company

The warehouse distribution network is an important part of the material supply chain management.Its function is mainly to set a more effective investment amount and adjust and optimize it in all aspects of the company’s warehouse and distribution network.Based on the overall logistics management of the electric power company,unified planning will be carried out to improve the material supply efficiency of the entire electric power company.Through the optimization of the warehouse network layout,it not only meets the national energy conservation and emission reduction policy requirements,but also provides a reliable backing support for the realization of the“three-type,two-network,world-class” strategic goals proposed by State Grid Co.,Ltd.(“three types” refers to: Hub type,Platform type,phared type;"two networks" means:Smart grid,Ubiquitous electric power Internet of Things).With the reform of the electric power company system,electric power companies have been forced to change from the original planned economy to the market economy,and began to pay attention to the profitability of enterprises.For the long-term waste of resources,it needs to be adjusted and optimized.Warehouse distribution management is the main management module for enterprises to occupy funds.How to maximize the utilization of enterprise resources,minimize the cost of consumption and reduce the occupation of resources has become the current problem faced by enterprises.As a provincial electric power enterprise with a large capital share under the State Grid Corporation,S Electric Power Company is actively responding to the requirements of the State Grid Corporation for changes in organizational structure and storage mode while facing the market-oriented reform.At the same time as the related material management business and organizational structure transformation,it also brings many problems in the warehouse network.Based on the existing storage location,supply range,cost factors,and distribution satisfaction of S Power Company,this paper conducts a warehousing network optimization study.On the premise of ensuring distribution satisfaction,from the perspective of reducing costs and ensuring supply,apply 0-1 The integer programming model uses lingo software to optimize the storage network of S Power Company through scientific and reasonable model calculations,and puts forward a reasonable storage network optimization proposal,re-plans the storage network layout,and reduces the original 16 turnover warehouses to 5 turnovers.Warehouse,and realize a large reduction in storage operation costs and distribution costs of S Power Company,while improving the response speed of material needs,improving the management level of enterprise storage and distribution,and optimizing the operational benefits of the logistics network.There are 17 pictures,11 tables and 54 references in this article.
