The decorative pattern in the building is an important external artistic style of the building,and also an important carrier of the overall style of the building.It has its unique aesthetic value,which gives the building its overall vitality and spirituality.It plays an important role in the building and is a city An important part of visage.Each different historical period has a representative architectural form and style of that period.This form also contains decorative patterns that represent this historical period.Therefore,the decorative patterns in the building are specific to the specific region and the specific period of the city.The context is best presented.The patterns are in the form of delicate or rough,covering all aspects of the interior and exterior of the building and the corners.Through these patterns,not only can you intuitively feel its decorative and aesthetic effect on the building and its own artistry,but you can also see the different functions of the building and spiritual symbols,as well as deeper religious,social,historical and cultural aspects.Architectural decorative patterns embody the wisdom,talent and mood of people from ancient times to the present.The patterns and architecture are integrated into one whole,and the traditional culture of the Chinese nation can be passed down.Jilin City is a city in the northeast of China(limited by Liaoning Province,Jilin Province,and Heilongjiang Province)that has rarely experienced more than 300 years of historical change.It has evolved from the feudal ancient city and is also the birthplace of the Manchu culture in China.One,as the former capital of Jilin Province,Jilin City has rich history,culture and other resources worthy of in-depth exploration by scholars today.From the perspective of urban development in modern China,Jilin City experienced three major development periods,namely the ancient city in the late Qing Dynasty,the post-opening period(1840~1912),the Republic of China(1912~1931),and the post-colonial colonies.During the period(1931~1945),architecture developed along with the fierce collision of politics,economy,culture and other aspects in different periods.The buildings produced during the turbulent period witnessed the change of the city.Today’s buildings are even more The epitome of modern Jilin society,looking at that brick and tile,different textures,colors and patterns,seems to be able to take us back to that era.The author was fortunate to conduct a more comprehensive study of the decorative patterns of modern architecture in Jilin under the careful guidance of his instructor.The time span of the research content was from the Opium War of 1840 to the founding of New China in 1949.On the basis of multi-dimensional important research in the field,the author conducted a large number of data reviews and comparative analysis,and visited Jilin City many times for on-site shooting to ensure the correctness and rigor of the thesis,and to respect historical and objective facts.The thesis will fully sort out the existing buildings in Jilin City during the recent 110 years,summarize the main types and main architectural forms of this period,and study in detail the performance themes and artistic design techniques of modern architectural decoration patterns in Jilin City,as well as in The specific applications in different forms of architecture,combined with patterns,formal aesthetics,history,psychology,etc.,carry out interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary research to explore the practical significance brought by the modern architectural decorative patterns in Jilin City.
