Pipes are widely used in industry,life,military and other aspects,such as industrial oil pipelines,heat pipes,natural gas pipelines,water supply and drainage pipes in life,military barrels and artillery barrels.However,due to factors such as limited space of the pipeline and variable internal environment,accurate measurement of the inner wall of the pipeline has always been a difficult point in the field of photoelectric detection.In this paper,based on the narrow length of the gun barrel and the characteristics of the twisted wire and the cymbal,the design of the internal shape of the gun barrel based on the industrial camera and the laser displacement sensor is realized,and the inner wall shape of the tube with a diameter of 100 mm and a length of 10 m is realized.The measurement of the appearance obtained the image information of the inner wall of the body tube and the data of the three-dimensional point cloud shape,and at the same time,the processing and analysis of the data can be realized.The main research work of this paper includes:This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing pipeline inspection system,studies the difficulties and requirements in the detection of gun barrel,analyzes the characteristics of the internal structure of the gun barrel,and completes the point laser displacement sensor as the core and industrial camera.The overall design of the internal shape measurement system of the internal tube.Based on the measurement principle and the internal structure of the gun barrel,the design and implementation of the mechanical structure and electromechanical control module of the system are completed.According to the data characteristics and measurement process,the data transmission module and system function interface are programmed to support multiple measurement modes.The experimentally measured data is quickly transmitted,solved,stored,and subjected to topography reduction and accuracy measurement.Finally,according to the design of the system,the prototype of the system was completed,the experiment and data acquisition were carried out,and the measurement error analysis was carried out.The experimental results show that the resolution of the camera image is 50μm.When the shape is measured,the axial precision is 0.10 mm,the circumferential precision is 0.1°,and the radial precision is 0.01 mm.The three-dimensional shape reconstruction of the gun barrel is realized.The accuracy of detecting the internal hemorrhoids of the artillery barrel is improved,and the detection difficulty of the internal rickets is reduced.The gun internal tube internal flaw detection system in this paper has the characteristics of simple operation,high operation integration,high measurement accuracy and good system ductility.It is higher than the measurement accuracy of line scanning and surface scanning laser displacement sensor,and can be used for the internal quality of the gun barrel.Quantitative and accurate analysis,combined with rough measurement and fine measurement,taking into account measurement efficiency.The measurement of the type and quantity of different projectiles is carried out regularly,and the database of the internal shape of the gun barrel under different use conditions can be established,which can well guide the scientific use of the artillery and ensure the safety and service life of the artillery.
