| Villages and towns with underdeveloped economy and weak earthquake resistance are the most important areas for earthquake disasters.In recent years,the use of isolation technology in village and town buildings has been greatly developed.Although the more mature laminated steel rubber isolation technology is widely used because of its better isolation effect,it is difficult to popularize and apply in villages and towns because of its expensive price and complicated construction.In this paper,the use of fiberglass cloth,steel wire mesh and epoxy resin to develop a reinforced engineering plate that can replace the steel plate in the traditional laminated rubber isolation support The bearing was tested for basic mechanical properties of the reinforced engineering board.A three-dimensional finite element model of the low-cost simple laminated rubber isolation support was established,and its mechanical properties were studied based on numerical analysis.A finite element model of a two-story masonry structure house was established,and its seismic performance was studied using the seismic isolation support.The construction and construction measures of simple laminated rubber isolation support were briefly described.Provide some references for improving the seismic performance of the majority of village and town buildings.The main research work in this paper is based on the simple isolation support:(1)Various strain energy function models describing the constitutive relationship of superelastic rubber materials are introduced.Two rubber materials with a Shore hardness of 55 degrees and 90 degrees are subjected to finite element analysis using ABAQUS software.According to known uniaxial tension and The strain energy function model was fitted to the plane tensile test data.(2)A reinforced engineering board with glass fiber and steel wire mesh as the reinforcing material and epoxy resin as the matrix material was developed,and tensile and bending tests were carried out.It was analyzed through the theory of classic composite laminates,and the calculation formulas of its independent engineering parameters were derived and finite element analysis was carried out.(3)Using ABAQUS software,a three-dimensional finite element analysis model of a new type of simple laminated rubber isolation bearing using reinforced engineering plates as reinforcement materials was established.By simulating vertical compression experiments and horizontal shear experiments,the vertical mechanical properties and vertical mechanical properties were studied.Horizontal mechanical properties.(4)A three-dimensional finite element analysis model of a two-story masonry structure house was established using ABAQUS software.The three-dimensional finite element model of the simple laminated rubber isolation support is transformed into a simplified calculation model with spring and damping,and this model is used to isolate the whole house and study its seismic performance.The connection structure measures of the simple laminated rubber isolation support studied are briefly described. |
