More than twenty years of reformation, construction scale of civil engineering has enlarged increasingly and difficulties continually rise. Modern civil engineering projects put forward greater demands to foundation, and rural foundation of more and more civil construction needs to be dealt with. Nowadays composite foundation has been widely used in foundation engineering. Studies on the theory of composite foundation have much more lagged behind practice, and researchers haven't well known about its working principles and deformation calculation. So the writer studies on the following subjects:First, summarize the theories and designing measures of composite foundation, and introduce finite element theory and FEA procedure. Because of many influence factors of interaction of composite foundation especially for pile groups composite foundation, its study of principles needs further. This paper use ABAQUS finite element software to simulating numerically sustain character of sole pile composite foundation, study interaction principles and influence factors of pile-soil-cushion-pile cap, and analyze factors of composite foundation sustain character of burden, cushion thickness, modulus, modulus rate of pile to soil, rate of length to radius, area displacement rate. The writer get the regular of influence factors of sole pile composite foundation sustain character and the change with these factors, on the basis of which analyze multi-piles composite foundation sustain character, and find regular of influence factors of multi-piles composite foundation sustain character. The conclusions above have some reference value for designing and constructing of composite foundation.
