Research On Open Space Design Strategy Of Rail Transit Complex From The Perspective Of Urban Design

With the gradual development and improvement of China’s rail transportation network system,urban transportation has shown a trend of hub,stereo and diversification.The rail transportation complex has the characteristics of functional concentration and high efficiency.It can not only integrate transportation functional facilities,but also expand And active urban public space,enhance the commercial value along the route,drive the development of surrounding plots,and optimize the urban spatial structure.The comprehensive development of urban rail transit stations in my country started late and developed rapidly.The development of rail transit complexes has problems of non-integral development,insufficient spatial vitality,lack of urban cultural attributes,and insufficient humanization.How to use the open space of the rail transit complex as a link between the rail transit complex and the city interface to connect urban elements such as urban transportation and urban public space,and how to design and control its open space from the perspective of urban design Problems to be solved urgently in the process of comprehensive development.This article makes an overall analysis based on the theoretical research based on rail transit and urban design.The first chapter outlines the research background,and explains the concepts of rail transit complex,urban design,and open space,and summarizes the relevant theoretical basis of the research.The second chapter summarizes the development history of the rail transit complex at home and abroad,as well as the relevant theoretical research,development methods and research trends at home and abroad,analyzes the current problems of the domestic rail transit complex through investigation and analysis,and proposes the importance of its open space design.The third chapter interprets the concept of rail transit open space,and systematically analyzes the composition and combination of open space.The fourth chapter analyzes the necessity of urban design from the perspective of urban design.At the same time,it studies the influencing factors of its open space design from three levels of macro,meso and micro,and puts forward the design principles of open space..The fifth chapter focuses on the influencing factors of open space in the previous article,and combines domestic and foreign research materials to propose design strategies and methods from the macro-city,mid-level block and micro-building level of urban design.Chapter 6 selects two typical practice cases ofShenzhen Futian Hub and Guangzhou Kaidal Hub,conducts practical verification of the design strategy proposed in this paper,explores the breakthrough of tradition,and seeks to meet the needs of the development of the times,urban construction,mass demand and sustainable rail transit Open space design strategies and methods.
