Austenitic stainless steel material has a broad application prospect in the field of construction engineering due to its advantages of high thermal stability,good weldability,high impact toughness,strong oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance,and its good mechanical characteristics such as high bending stiffness ratio and strong instability resistance also make it widely used in various industries.The stainless steel core slab wall is made of stainless steel as the raw material,and uses the structure of honeycomb sandwich plate for reference.It combines the stainless steel with the good mechanical properties of honeycomb sandwich plate structure to form a new structural form.Its design concept is in line with the national development policy of standardization,industrialization,assembly and informatization of prefabricated buildings,with great technical advantages and good prospects for development.Therefore,this paper refers to the research methods of honeycomb sandwich panels and steel plate shear walls to study the compression-shearing bearing performance of stainless steel core slab walls.The main work is as follows:(1)By referring to relevant literature,this paper summarizes the research and application of stainless steel materials,sandwich panels and steel plate shear walls at home and abroad,and expounds the significance of this paper.(2)Compression-shear tests were performed on four full-scale members of stainless steel core slab wall,the failure process of wall limbs was analyzed,and the horizontal load-displacement curve and force-strain curve of wall limbs were drawn.(3)The finite element model of compression-shearing for four stainless steel core plate walls is established and its experimental results are compared with the results of the finite element model.Through this nonlinear analysis of the finite element,the stress characteristics and failure mechanism of each stage are studied.(4)The influences of the parameters such as height-to-width ratio of the wall limbs,face-plate thickness,core tube outer diameter,core tube thickness and distribution distance of the core tube on the shear capacity of the stainless steel core slab wall were analyzed.(5)Based on the shear elastic buckling analysis of the wall limbs,the elastic local buckling load Vcr is obtained,and the correlation formula between the elastic local buckling load Vcr and the shear elastic local buckling coefficient kb is fitted by referring to the relevant theoretical formula of the orthotropic plate;the shear bearing capacity of the wall limb is obtained by the nonlinear buckling analysis results of the finite element,so as to fit the φs-λns in the design.Based on the relation curve,the calculation formula of shear bearing capacity of wall limb is obtained,and the safety of the design formula is verified.
