With the rapid development of science and technology, intelligent dynamic electronic weighing system becomes one of the focus of the current study. In our country, the dynamic electronic weighing system is widely used in many fields of industry and agriculture, transportation, electricity, has an important influence on the dynamic electronic weighing system of the quality of industrial production. At present, the dynamic electronic weighing system is the main problems of low precision. To solve this problem, this paper introduces the design of a dynamic electronic weighing system based on DSP, the system can improve the precision to a certain extent.This system adopts the resistance strain type weighing sensor. Using TMS320F2812 DSP chip as the main control chip, the three aspects of the design and processing of data from hardware and software in detail. The hardware design includes signal acquisition module, A/D conversion module, power module, serial communication module and man-machine interface module; the software design mainly includes the main program, A/D conversion program design, data acquisition program, data processing program design and communication module program design; As a result of the existence of weighing data signal in noise will seriously affect the weighing precision and accuracy, so the first parts of the data processing system to design FIR digital filter to filter, weighing data were collected and inheritance algorithm was applied to optimize the design of FIR filter, and the genetic algorithm to optimize the FIR filter has carried on the Matlab simulation, the experimental results show that the optimized FIR filter to achieve the best filtering effect, to filter noise and improve the improve the measurement precision of the system.Dynamic electronic weighing system based on DSP designed in this paper compared with the traditional weighing system with high accuracy, convenient installation and easy to realize intelligent control, to make it in other similar products have a wide market potential. Design can also provide reference for related research areas, has a certain practical significance and application prospects.
