With the rapid combination of the new generation of intelligent technology and manufacture industry,the modern industry has stepped into the intelligent manufacture and development stage.Under this situation,it has become an unavoidable trend for shipbuilding industry to develop intelligent production and realize industry upgrading,which is also a necessary way to realize the strategic aim of becoming a powerful ship production country.However,the domestic shipbuilding industry is now faced with the problems of insufficient intelligent production technology reserve,low intelligent technology R&D and application level and other problems.How to realize the high-level transformation of intelligent production will be the problem faced by most ship production plants.By far,the welding,coating and other facilities and devices adopted by shipbuilding plants are mainly mechanized and semi-automatic facilities but have low digitization,informationization and intelligence level and can not realize intelligent production easily.The essay mainly focuses on the study the intelligent production planning of the shipbuilding plant as well as the design and application of intelligent hull welding production line,coating workshop and MES system.The first welding production line with unit-assembly and the first intelligent coating workshop are established in China.The study results will play an important positive role in promoting the intelligent transformation and upgrading of China’s shipbuilding companies.The study content of the essay mainly includes:(1)The development situation of intelligent shipbuilding and the development stage of shipbuilding technology at home and abroad are researched.And the current development level and development tendency of intelligent shipbuilding at home and abroad are analyzed.Study is made to know about the intelligent ship body production cases of the ship plants in China,Japan,South Korea,Europe and America.And then the main study purpose and content of the essay are proposed.(2)The current intelligent production situation and development demand of the shipbuilding are analyzed and then the key common technology of intelligent production and the insufficient devices are put forward.The production process and layout of the ship plant are studied and the design is made for the overall intelligent production scheme of hull for the ship plant.In addition,the general outline is put forward for the intelligent production system that is composed of intelligent cutting production line,intelligent welding and cutting production line,intelligent coating workshop and MES system.(3)The detail design is conducted for each intelligent production subsystem.The explanation is made from various aspects,including production object,production program,production line layout,functional configuration,control system,equipment selection,production pace and other aspects.Study how to design and implement intelligent cutting production line,intelligent welding production line and intelligent coating workshop in ship plant.(4)The manufacturing execution system(MES)is studied based on the application cases of ship plant’s MES system.The design is made for platform structure,data management,production planning and scheduling,quality control,Kanban management and other modules of MES so as to realize the intelligent control of workshop MES process.(5)The actual application situation of the above mentioned MES in the ship plant is introduced.The intelligent production system that is composed of intelligent cutting production line,intelligent welding and cutting production line,intelligent coating workshop and MES system is in good operation status,which proves that the design aim is realized and the intelligent production of ship body is achieved.
