The spoke tension structure is a new type of tension structure evolved from the stress mechanism of bicycle spokes.It is generally composed of compression outer ring with greater stiffness,cables or cable truss arranged radially and inner ring under tension in the center.The spoke tension structure belongs to the self balanced stress system.The tension force of cable or cable truss is balanced with the pressure of outer ring,and the force transfer is direct,so it is not easy to form a mechanism.Therefore,it is widely used in large stadium buildings and has achieved good economic benefits and aesthetic effects.In this paper,based on the cooperative analysis of the spoke tension structure and the upper membrane structure,the upper membrane structure is regarded as the stress component of the structure,and the shape analysis and static load analysis of the spoke tension structure are systematically studied.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the research process and analysis methods of a large number of documents,this paper carries out collaborative morphological analysis on the spoke type tension structure,which solves the problem that the displacement coordination relationship between the spoke structure and the membrane structure is not considered in the traditional morphological analysis.The form finding program is compiled in ANSYS.There are 36 cable trusses with outer ring diameter of 192 m and inner ring diameter of 96 m.The maximum strut height of cable truss is 16 m,and each radial cable is divided into 4 sections.The prestress distribution of single cable truss is calculated by the method of point by point constraint removal,and the prestress distribution of spoke structure is integrated.In this paper,the collaborative analysis of spoke structure is carried out.The results of prestress distribution and the change of structural geometry of the two kinds of analysis are compared,and the significance of collaborative research is obtained.The structural form,membrane prestress,strut length,total span,number of cable truss and diagonal brace are analyzed to explore the influence of different parameters on the distribution of structural prestress,and the advantages and disadvantages of collaborative analysis under different parameters.According to a large number of research and analysis of flexible structures,the prestress loss value is taken as the critical criterion to analyze the various parameter values to define the critical value of collaborative analysis.For the load analysis of spoke structure,the horizontal membrane tension component is considered in the collaborative analysis,which can simulate the structure stress more truly.The internal force response and displacement response of the structure are compared between the collaborative research and the non cooperative research,and which research is more beneficial to the structure is judged and selected.This paper analyzes the influence of membrane prestress and strut length on the static characteristics of the structure,explores the necessity of collaborative research on different parameter values,and provides help for engineering design.
