Abstract/Summary:
The Sanchuan River is the second largest tributary of the many tributaries flowing from the west of Shanxi to the Left Bank of the Yellow River,The Liulin reach is the lower reaches of the Sanchuan River and the last defense line of the Yellow River.For many years,due to the lack of unified planning for the River Bank Protection Project and the dike project,the aging of the project,the garbage piling up in the river course,the natural silting of the river course and other problems,the normal flood and ecological environment of the river course have been seriously affected.Therefore,this research is very necessary for the river channel’s comprehensive management and the ecological construction.In this paper,the Miaowan to Liulin power plant section of the Liulin River section of about 7632m as the study object,in view of the existing problems in the Sanchuan River Liulin River section,drawing on the experience and examples of river regulation at home and abroad,the main results are as follows:(1)The design flood standard of this reach is once in 50 years.The design flood standard of this reach is once in 50 years.Miaowan section design flood level 3250m~3/s,Liulin power plant section design flood level 3480m~3/s;(2)according to the 150m width of the river channel regulation route planning,the river section Longitudinal Slope Design is 0.004;(3)the main buildings including the design of embankments and Sewage Culvert;(4)The annual average of river ecological water demand is 2.41m~3/s。...
