Corrugated steel web rigid frame-continuous composite beam bridge is an organic combination of "corrugated steel web prestressed concrete box girder" and "rigid frame-continuous composite beam bridge".In recent years,the corrugated steel web rigid frame-continuous composite beam bridge has made great progress in China,and it has gradually been applied to practical projects.Based on the actual project of a corrugated steel web prestressed concrete rigid frame-continuous composite beam bridge,this paper analyzes and studies the static characteristics of its construction stage.The finite element software Midas / Civil 2017 and ABAQUS were used to carry out overall and local simulation modeling analysis of the bridge construction stage.The main work and results of this article are as follows:(1)Summarize the development background and application status of corrugated steel web composite box girder,introduce the characteristics of corrugated steel web rigid composite box girder and rigid frame-continuous composite beam bridge,and summarize the research status at home and abroad.(2)Carry out mechanical performance analysis of the cantilever construction stage of the bridge.The specific analysis method is to use the finite element software Midas / Civil 2017 to establish a full bridge finite element model,and compare the simulated values in the model with the construction monitoring values to verify the accuracy of the model;use the verified analysis model to verify the cantilever of the bridge Calculate and analyze the two complex construction stages under the construction process to check its internal force and stress status,and compare it with the allowable value of the code.It can be used for cantilever construction of bridges with the same number of spans,similar spans and the same type of bridge Stage force provides a reference.(3)Carry out a comparative analysis of the different closed construction schemes of the bridge.Firstly,it introduces the relevant process of bridge construction,and then conducts a comparative study on different schemes of the bridge construction.The specific analysis method is to use the full bridge model established by the finite element software Midas / Civil 2017 to simulate the detailed construction process of the bridge at the closing stage,and to study and compare the five common closing schemes for this type of bridge construction stress and the completion of the bridge.influences.It can provide guidance for the closing scheme for bridges with the same span number,similar span and the same type of bridge.(4)Carry out a comparative analysis of the local stresses of the outsourcing structure box girder and the traditional structure box girder.The specific analysis method is to use the finite element software ABAQUS to accurately model the corrugated steel web concrete box girder structure in the form of outsourcing structure,and compare the model with the Midas / Civil 2017 model to verify the accuracy of the ABAQUS model.At the same time,ABAQUS was used to establish a finite element model of a corrugated steel web concrete box girder with a common structural form(corrugated steel web embedded in the bottom of the concrete main beam).In the process of the stress state,analyze the characteristics of the two structural forms.
