First of all,the development of corrugated steel web composite beam bridge at home and abroad is reviewed. And the structural characteristics of this type of bridge are summarized. To a 4×60m span new prefabricated continuous corrugated steel web composite beam bridge, the project survey and main parameters in bridge designing are introduced in detail. The engineering background, general situation and the main parameters are introduced in detail. With the finite element software MIDAS/FEA,establishing a full-bridge analysis model based on plate element and solid element to calculate and analyse the stress and deformation of different parts of steel girder and concrete deck under different construction stages. The finite element software MIDAS/CIVIL is used to establish the whole bridge analysis model which is based on beam element.Taking different load combinations and limit states to calculate stress and deformation of steel girder and bridge deck for operation stage.Checking the stress and structural details of high-stress bolts and connectors. That model in MIDAS/FEA is analyzed in detail to calculate and compare vibration characteristics under the pile-soil effect and the non-pile-soil effect.Response spectrum analysis and time-histoies response analysis of the whole bridge are analyzed. Finally, discussing the problem of tensile stress of deck in negative moment area, exploring the influence of modeling in different height of main girder,in different thickness and in different width of the upper flange of main girder,in order to conclude the most efficient optimization method.
