Abstract/Summary:
As the carrier of Chinese history and culture,Chinese ancient architecture plays an important role in the history of world architecture.Due to its long-term impact of natural and human factors,it has caused inevitable damage,which makes the repair and protection requirements increasingly urgent.Combined with the engineering practice,this paper explores the performance and characteristics of the original components of ancient bricks and tiles in the Ming and Qing Dynasties in Shanxi Province,aiming to meet the requirements for the performance of the repair materials in the repair work of ancient buildings.It is only of great engineering and cultural value for the protection of ancient buildings in Shanxi Province,but also of great and far-reaching significance for the inheritance of the cultural heritage of the Chinese people.Based on the research and development of ancient building repair materials and technology in Shanxi Province(RH18200230),this study studies the physical and mechanical properties and micro pores of 128 original components of ancient bricks and tiles in the Ming and Qing Dynasties in Shanxi Province according to the classification of northern,middle,Southeast and South Shanxi and the brick,square brick,great wall brick,ridge seat brick,wall brick and Wang brick,and explores the performance characteristics of the original components of ancient bricks and tiles Sign and interrelationship.The main research contents are as follows:1.Research on physical properties of original components of ancient brickThe physical properties of the original components of ancient brick in Shanxi Province in Ming and Qing Dynasties were studied by the tests of their appearance size,bulk density,water absorption and porosity.The results show that the ratio of length to width and the ratio of height to thickness of the original brick of Ming and Qing Dynasties in Shanxi Province are the most close to the modern sintered common brick;the volume density distribution of the ancient brick in the north of Shanxi Province is the most discrete;the weathering resistance of the ancient brick in the southeast and south of Shanxi Province is better than that in the north and middle of Shanxi Province;with the increase of the water absorption of boiling for 5 hours,the porosity of the ancient brick in each area of Shanxi Province is improved.2.Research on mechanical properties of original components of ancient brickIn this paper,the original components of Shanxi ancient brick in Ming and Qing Dynasties were tested to study the mechanical properties of the original components of ancient brick,and the correlation analysis was carried out based on their physical properties.The results show that the age has no significant influence on the flexural and compressive strength of ancient bricks in Ming and Qing Dynasties;the average value of the mechanical strength of the original components of ancient bricks in Southeast Shanxi is relatively low,and the mechanical strength of the original components of ancient bricks in South Shanxi is the best;with the increase of the porosity and water absorption of ancient bricks,the apparent density decreases continuously,and the mechanical strength decreases continuously.3.Research on the original component of ancient brickThe X-CT scanning test was used to calculate the micro pore parameters of the original component of ancient brick,including pore number,pore diameter and pore area.The results show that with the increase of pore size,the number of pores decreases continuously.The number of pores with pore size distribution of0-10 μ m is the largest,and the proportion of pore area with pore size distribution of 20-50 μ m is the largest.4.Research on physical and mechanical properties of the original components of ancient tilesThe appearance quality,bending resistance and water drenching test of ancient tile components in Ming and Qing Dynasties in Shanxi Province are carried out to explore the performance characteristics of ancient tile components.The results show that: the size of ancient tile is greatly different;the appearance quality is relatively complete;the bending strength of ancient tile is higher and the bending strength increases with the increase of bulk density;with the passage of time,the impermeability of ancient tile is gradually reduced and the impermeability of down tile is increased Better than tile.
