| With the continuous progress and development of fault diagnosis technology research,and the breakthroughs in related technologies such as microelectronics,sensors and microprocessors,the fault diagnosis system applied to rolling bearings of mechanical equipment is also continuously improved.When the mechanical equipment is subjected to external stress or the damaged internal components during operation process,faults in the form of vibration signals often appear.If the operation data of the equipment when the vibration signal occurs can be extracted and stored for subsequent analysis,it will be very helpful for diagnosing the type of faults and locating the faulty component.In the past,the online fault diagnosis system was bulky and expensive,and it was difficult to fully popularize in the factory.This research aims at the form of faults represented by vibration pulse signals,combined with vibration signal detection methods at home and abroad,and proposes a set of vibration signal detection system solutions.The system has a certain data processing capacity and a large data storage space.At the same time,it can monitor the operating status of the device for a long time,and it can be widely used in factory equipment.The main research contents are as follows:The overall scheme of the vibration pulse signal detection system is designed.The detection system is composed of vibration signal acquisition module,data storage module,and data management platform.The system can complete the high-speed acquisition of the vibration signal generated during the operation of the bearings.It also can transmit the data to the data management platform and data storage module through the high-speed bus,and detect the vibration pulse signals.By summarizing the mechanism of generating vibration signals during bearing failure,as well as analyzing the characteristics of bearing vibration pulse signals and the advantages and disadvantages of common extraction methods on vibration pulse signal,the paper proposes a vibration pulse signal detection method based on Morlet wavelet,which can detect vibration pulse signals contaminated by noises.Designed and implemented a bearing vibration pulse signal detection system.The system uses a multi-core architecture composed of FPGA+OMAPL138 as the system control center.It controls the vibration pulse signal acquisition module and data storage module.High-speed AD chip is used to collect vibration signals,and USB2.0 and EMIF high-speed bus interface are used as data transmission channels.Moreover,SATA hard disk is used as storage media to store the collected vibration data,and the QT framework is used to develop the data management platform.Finally,the important functions of the system are tested,the integrity of the data in the transmission process is tested and the effectiveness of the vibration signal detection method is verified.The experiment proves that the vibration signal detection system can achieve the expected goal,and can realize the status monitoring,vibration signal detection and storage of operating status data of the equipment. |
