Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the gradual implementation of China’s coal capacity reduction policy,a large number of coal mines have been closed due to resource depletion,low economic benefits,and poor production safety conditions.The development and utilization of abandoned coal mine underground space has become increasingly urgent.Therefore,this thesis evaluates and studies the development and utilization of underground space in abandoned coal mines,and constructs a qualitative and quantitative evaluation model of underground space utilization in abandoned coal mines,aiming to provide a reference for the planning of the reuse of underground space resources in abandoned coal mines.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyzed the influencing factors of the underground space availability of abandoned coal mines from the four dimensions of ecological environment,safety guarantee,resource utilization efficiency,and cost-effectiveness,and initially obtained the coal mine space volume,geological structure,shutdown time,ventilation reliability,roadway Influencing factors such as stability.(2)Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the underground space utilization of abandoned coal mines,the evaluation indicators were selected from the four dimensions of space suitability,system safety,technical complexity,and economic sustainability to construct a mine hydrogeology,mine gas level,and goaf Abandoned coal mine underground space availability evaluation index system including 22 indicators such as treatment methods,utilization direction maturity,ventilation power consumption cost,construction investment amount,and economic benefit,and analysis of various abandoned coal mine underground space availability evaluation indexes Indicator type and nature.(3)Based on the evaluation index system of underground space utilization in abandoned coal mines,CRITIC-G1 combined weighting improved TOPSIS method is used to construct an evaluation model of underground space utilization.Firstly,the two evaluation ideas and evaluation indexes focused on the evaluation of the coal mine to be used for the form and the evaluation of the utilization form of a certain coal mine are discussed;secondly,the classification criteria and corresponding assignments are given for the qualitative indicators,and the literature method is used for the quantitative indicators.,Comparative analysis method,combined with simulation calculations and other methods for reasonable quantification;finally calculated the closeness of different alternatives to the optimal solution,and obtained a relatively ideal solution.(4)Based on the evaluation model of underground space utilization of abandoned coal mines,a coal mine in Chongqing was used as the research object to evaluate the utilization form.Based on the analysis of the basic data of the mine,three utilization schemes of industrial tourism,agricultural planting and waste disposal are proposed.The calculation results show that waste disposal is a relatively ideal form of utilization among the three,with significant economic and ecological benefits,low ground reclamation and underground ventilation costs,but there are also immature utilization,high investment,and insignificant social benefits Deficiencies.Various indicators of industrial tourism and agricultural planting have their own advantages and disadvantages.In actual decision-making,in addition to the calculation results of this example,many factors such as local conditions,policy support,investment capacity,and opinions of surrounding residents should be taken into consideration to determine the underground coal mine space utilization plan.This paper constructs an evaluation index system and evaluation model for the availability of underground space in abandoned coal mines.Through theoretical analysis and case studies,it is confirmed that the established evaluation model has good feasibility and differentiation.The research results have certain practical guiding significance for the planning of underground coal mine space utilization schemes.
