| Transportation infrastructure construction enterprise is the main body of transportation industry and rail transit project construction,which is responsible for the construction and improvement of China’s urban rail transit information network.However,at present,the overall quality level of China’s transportation infrastructure enterprises is not high,which does not meet the requirements of modern enterprise production and operation.Therefore,there are still some serious problems in the management of rail transit projects,and the reasonable improvement of rail transit projects Ministry control is not only an inevitable requirement to ensure the quality of the project,but also a necessary measure to promote the sustainable development of the city.In this paper,consulted a lot of internal control theory and the orbit transportation construction project management literature,the target of project management,and expounds the rail traffic construction projects under the specific dimensions of the internal control related to define goals and principles.Secondly,this article applies the method of typical study,based on the alternating N orbit transportation construction project management point of view,analysis of N project internal control present situation,summarizes the problems of some of the more prominent.Finally,in the main part of thesis,based on COSO elements and the whole process of bidding for construction project completion settlement three stages to carry on the design,through business analysis to each phase of risk identification,identify the stages of the critical control points and corresponding control measures,make the project internal control can be implemented with great efficiency.This article through to analyze and solve concrete problems,put forward to perfect the orbit transportation construction projects the main content of the internal control system and the corresponding countermeasures in this paper,the research helps to achieve the goals of N project master,provide effective action plan for the project,has practical significance for improve project management level,meanwhile,is expected to give the paper research topic N project similar orbit transportation construction projects to provide the reference of the internal control optimization. |
