The location of precast concrete component factory has an impact on the cost,transportation equipment,water supply and power supply,raw material supply and transportation cost of prefabricated construction projects,which has attracted much attention in the process of building industrialization.Through reading literature,it is found that currently there is no research on the site selection of PC component factories in foreign countries,and the research on the site selection of PC component factories in China is still in its infancy,with more qualitative analysis articles and less quantitative analysis literature.In this paper,the site selection of precast concrete component factory is studied by combining qualitative and quantitative methods,which is of practical significance to reduce transportation costs and promote the development of building industrialization.Based on the existing research,this paper establishes a method that combines subjective and objective,qualitative and quantitative,that is,ahp-gis model of center of gravity method,and makes the site selection of concrete precast component factory from the perspective of production enterprise.Firstly,by summarizing the existing research literature,the most important factors affecting site selection with low coincidence degree are selected by combining with its own classification system.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to solicit opinions from experts in the field of prefab building on the relative importance of each influencing factor,and the weight of each influencing factor is calculated accordingly.Then,the objective performance data of each influencing factor in the site selection area are collected,and the score value is evaluated by using geographic information system(GIS)as the technical means.Then,the optimal site selection area is comprehensively evaluated by combining with the weight obtained by analytic hierarchy process.Finally,according to the center of gravity method model,the location coordinate with the minimum unit traffic volume is obtained to make the decision of the best site in the best site area.Taking chongqing city as an example,this paper introduces in detail the collection and calculation process of the objective performance data of various influencing factors in chongqing city,as well as the example operation process of the ahp-gis model based on the center of gravity method.Finally,the article puts forward the future research prospect of prefabricated concrete file location,prefabricated construction promotion is increasingly mature,design under the condition of increasingly standardized,enterprises will be able to build component type single investment payback period shorter small file,then can change from single facility location model for multiple facility location model,and under the condition of the government to give sufficient data,which can realize the use of GIS for pure objective analysis more accurate concrete precast file location.
