After 40 years of rapid development of reform and opening-up,China’s urban development is about to enter a stable stage.Urban Development in the new era should meet the People’s needs for survival,enjoyment and development,as well as the people’s pursuit of a better life,from "quantity increase" to "quality improvement".The quality of good or bad is perceptual,with considerable subjectivity and personalized color,so "quality" is the core of human perception,is the existence of different subjects of multiple quality needs.Regarding the real needs of individuals as qualities,building a diversified and multi-level city of "residents can feel",and hearing is one of the most important human perception,second only to visual perception,the city can feel the sound scenery to make to become the new time city quality promotion very important part.Urban Green has been achieved,but built-up areas are "Silent Spring",green but Mad About Music,built-up areas of biodiversity issues are very serious.Under the background of this era,soundscape perception has become an important content of urban ecological construction.Therefore,the construction of "Mad About Music" eco-city is an important link to create a city’s pleasant scenery,a key link to monitor the restoration of biodiversity in the built area,and a core link to improve the city’s ecological quality in the next stage.Based on the research background of the time demand of "residents’ perception" and the extension of the connotation of ecological construction,this paper first sorts out the development status of bird soundscape in urban planning from the aspects of theory,data,technology and application,etc.,combined with the transformation of urban planning in the context of big data and the transformation of urban development with improved quality,based on the theory of Soundscape,multi-source data of big data +green space + Bird soundscape,and the technology platform of Arcgis10.2,a data set for the research of bird soundscape in urban built environment is proposed,an evaluation model of the impact of urban built environment on the perception of bird soundscape was established,and the applicability and scientificity of the model were verified by taking Nanan district as the research object,starting from the four key spaces of park green space,protective green space,square green space and residential green space,the main influencing factors of the built environment of the perceived intensity of bird soundscape were analyzed,according to the construction goal of enhancing the perception of Birdsong Landscape,the planning strategy of enhancing the perception of Birdsong landscape was proposed,at last,the conclusion of this paper and the prospect of further research and practice are put forward.There are six chapters in this thesis.The specific chapters are as follows:The first chapter,Introduction,including the research background,research purposes and significance,related concepts,research methods and research framework.Through the analysis,this paper points out the development of urban planning research and practice of the perception of bird soundscape in built environment,and the significance of bird soundscape perception to urban transformation and urban planning.In the second chapter,the related theory and planning practice research,including soundscape theory,soundscape theory development,domestic soundscape related research practice,built environment impact on bird soundscape related research practice and research summary.By summarizing the research and practice on the impact of soundscape,Birdsong landscape and built environment on Birdsong landscape at home and abroad,based on the theory of soundscape and Arcgis Technology Platform,this paper discusses the feasibility of the evaluation model of the impact of urban built environment on the perception of bird soundscape.In the third chapter,the evaluation model of the impact of built environment on the perception of bird soundscape based on GIS platform is constructed,including the construction of data set based on GIS platform,the establishment of three core databases,and the establishment of extended database.Based on the theory of "human environment-sound" in Soundscape,a three-step model including data acquisition,data operation and planning is constructed,three key databases of urban vitality spatial database,urban green space system database,urban bird soundscape perception database and extended database of built environmental impact factors are defined.In the fourth chapter,Empirical Study: Research on the influence factors of Nan’an District built environment on the perception of bird soundscape,it includes the analysis of the present situation of the bird soundscape perception based on the residents’ perception,the analysis of the influencing factors of the bird natural soundscape perception based on the soundscape walking at the meso-level,the main influencing factors of the built environment of the bird soundscape perception and the optimization index system and summary.At the macro level,the intention and current situation of the residents in Nan’an District were investigated by means of entity questionnaire,and the factors affecting the perception intensity of the Birdsong landscape were analyzed and summarized At the meso-level,four types of green space,Park Green Space,protective green space,square green space and residential green space,were surveyed based on soundscape walking,at the same time,PSPL survey method,sample survey method and other methods are used to investigate the built environment impact factors of each mesoscopic research object,finally,through correlation analysis with SPSS22.0,the main influencing factors and optimization index system of the built environment for the perception of the soundscape of birds were obtained.In the fifth chapter,based on the enhanced perception of bird soundscape,the planning strategy for the built environment of megacities,including the Overall Planning Strategy and empirical study on the enhancement of the bird acoustic landscape in high-density built environment: The enhancement and summary of the bird acoustic landscape in Nanan district based on the residents’ perceived wishes.According to the main influencing factors of the built environment and the optimization index system of the perception of the bird soundscape,the planning strategy of the enhancement of the bird soundscape in the three levels of "macro-meso-micro" was put forward combining with "master plan-control plan-revision plan",and the planning route is studied with the South Bank area as an example.In the sixth chapter,conclusion and discussion.Including the paper’s innovation point and the limitation,the summary and the forecast.This paper summarizes the main research achievements,innovations and limitations in theory,data
