The latest twenty years are the fastest growth period since human society entered the information age.Applications of Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)have been developed unprecedentedly led by material technology,computer technology,sensing technology,control technology and so on.UAV has shown great value in many fields,such as geological exploration,disaster prevention,disaster reduction,reconnaissance,military operation and so on.There is very mature case for application of single UAV but with limited ability and individual damage will lead to the failure of the whole task.As demand increases,the task of UAV will become more and more complex and heavy;And there must be huge application space for the cluster cooperative UAV in the future.The ad-hoc communication network has the advantages of no center,no dependence on basic communication facilities,status equivalence,and arbitrary deployment.It has very important application value in the cluster flight control.This paper studies the Wi Fi and ZigBee technology,and strives to design and implement a wireless networking communication device that can be applied to a small four-rotor aircraft.The small four-rotor aircraft has characteristics such as light load,small size,low cost,use of battery power,and easy large-scale application.Therefore,it is required that the communication device used should also have the characteristics of small size,light weight,low power consumption,and strong networking capability.In addition,the speed of the four-rotor aircraft is slow,and the network topology changes slowly during communication,which is also beneficial for networking using WiFi and Zig Bee technologies.In this article,Wi Fi communication is used as the main path to provide high-speed wireless interconnection,and ZigBee is used as an auxiliary path to prevent communication interruption due to a short WiFi communication distance.Using these conventional wireless communication technologies helps to reduce development costs and reduce the use threshold of communication modules.The communication module size is 120mm*78mm*40mm in length,width and height,and the mass is about 154 grams.In the ground experiment environment,Wi Fi communication distance reached 250 meters,and the effective data communication rate reached 40 Mbps.The Zig Bee communication reached 1,000 meters and the effective data communication speed is 9600 bps,basically fulfilling the design task.The main innovations in this paper have two aspects.First,studying the router design of Qualcomm,the circuit has been miniaturized.Through several key circuit improvements,WiFi size is greatly reduced,the weight is greatly reduced,the power consumption is reduced,and the use is also more convenient.Second,a three-dimensional improvement scheme is proposed for the traditional LAR geographic information routing method.The three-dimensional LAR routing planning method based on Beidou satellite positioning is proposed.
