| The Overrunning Alternator Pulley,or OAP for short,is one of the most important parts installed at the front end of the car generator.The needle roller bearing inside the OAP is a one-way overrunning clutch,which is composed of a mandrel,a needle roller,a cage,an outer ring,and a spring leaf.It can only rotate in one direction,and if it is reversed,it will be locked.Mounting on a car generator can greatly reduce belt wear and vibration.After the assembly of the OAP pulley is completed,if there is a needle roller running to the overrun position,then both directions will be stuck.Therefore,it is necessary to detect the position of the assembled OAP needle roller.At present,the domestic automobile market is huge,but OAP-related technologies are still mastered abroad.The OAP structure is complex,and traditional detection techniques and methods are difficult to accurately measure the OAP needle contact position.In order to achieve accurate measurement and automatic detection of the OAP needle contact position,this paper uses LABVIEW as a development platform,and uses machine vision to study the OAP needle contact position detection method and automatic detection device.The main contents include:(1)Established a visual detection method of OAP needle contact position based on image synthesis technology,and realized high-precision detection with low-resolution camera First of all,by means of visual inspection technology,each roller needle is photographed and detected,and a total of 19 images are obtained.Then,the coordinates,angle,and diameter information of the mandrel cavity,the cage ridge,and the roller needle obtained from the 19 images are extracted Finally,calculate the circumferential distance between the OAP needle contact position and the cage ridge,and synthesize and simulate the needle position.(2)Established OAP needle roller contact position visual inspection network platform,and the communication method and communication protocol between the industrial computer,vision controller and PLC controller were determined,and the communication between the industrial computer,visual inspection system and PLC motion control system Data exchange.(3)Completed the development of a set of Labview-based OAP needle roller contact position visual inspection system,including mechanical system and measurement and control system.The mechanical system is composed of a preloading device,Pre-tightening force application device,a centralizing locking device and a visual detection device.The measurement and control system includes measurement and control.The measurement part is completed by the visual detection system,and the control part is completed by the PLC motion control system.The industrial computer completes the coordinated control of various systems and the analysis and processing of data.Experiments show that the visual detection accuracy of the needle contact position can reach ± 20μm,which meets the design requirements. |
