At present,military targets on the ground are threatened by detection methods such as visible light,infrared and radar,and they need to rely on stealth materials to protect themselves.Millimeter-wave radiation has good concealment and all-weather working ability,which make it can be used as a supplementary method of visible light,infrared and radar detection.However,the millimeter wave radiation of stealth materials is less considered in the design.Therefore,it is of great significance to research the millimeter wave radiation of stealth materials from ground targets.This thesis focuses on the stealth material of typical ground targets.Then the millimeter wave radiation characteristics of stealth materials and typical targets covered by these stealth materials were researched.The details are as follows:This thesis researched the millimeter wave radiation of the stealth material from typical ground targets.Firstly,the development,structure and composition of stealth materials for typical ground targets were introduced.Then,the basic theory of millimeter wave radiation were introduced.Secondly,combined with the layered medium radiation transmission model,the millimeter wave radiation calculation model of stealth material was established.The millimeter wave radiation of the stealth material was simulated and obtained by the calculation model.The influence of the thickness of the stealth material on the millimeter wave radiation was simulated and analyzed.Finally,the millimeter wave radiation measurement and imaging experiments of stealth materials were conducted,and the millimeter wave radiation calculation model of stealth materials was verified.Furthermore,this thesis researched the millimeter wave radiation characteristics of typical ground targets covered with stealth materials.Firstly,the physical model of typical ground targets was established.Secondly,the millimeter wave radiation from targets covered with stealth materials was simulated,and the differences of the target’s radiation at different detection angles were compared.Finally,based on the radiometer radiation cross-sectional area(RRCS),the millimeter wave radiation characteristics of the target covered the stealth material were simulated and analyzed under different backgrounds,and the millimeter wave radiation contrast between the target and the background was obtained.The research on the millimeter wave radiation of stealth materials and stealth targets is conducive to the optimization of stealth material design,and it can provide a reference for the millimeter wave stealth research of ground military targets. |
