Regional air defense and anti-missile operations are common forms of modern warfare.They are essential parts in the worldwide combat systems.Regional air defense and anti-missile operations have gone through three stages:a single independent air defense combat unit,multiple independent air defense combat platforms,and multiple air defense combat platforms forming a combat network.The two existing regional air defense and anti-missile combat modes are platform-based and network-based regional air defense and anti-missile combat.How to construct a formal rezional air defense and anti-missile combat model and solve the problem that the evaluation value of combat effectiveness cannot be quantified is the region.It is a key issue in regional air defense and anti-missile combat is worthy of in-depth study.Therefore,based on the issue,this article deeply analyzes the regional air defense and the process of anti-missile operations.The platform-based and network-based regional air defense and anti-missile operations OODA loop are built.The regional air defense and anti-missile combat model,an evaluation model of regional air defense and anti-missile combat effectiveness,is proposed to quantify combat effectiveness evaluation value.The main work are summarized as follows:(1)Combined with the intuition of OODA combat loop,this paper builds the platform-based regional air defense and anti-missile combat OODA loop.The discrete event system specification(DEVS)theory is introduced.ONE-OODA-based DEVS and TWO-OODA-DEVS regional air defense and anti-missile combat models are designed and programmed with a simulation engine.Under certain operational assumptions,simulation and deduction experiments are conducted on both red and blue platforms to prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model.(2)Based on the modeling of the communication network,detection network,and charge network,the network-based regional air defense and anti-missile operations OODA loop is constructed.An advanced DEVS method is proposed.The regional air defense and anti-missile operations based on OODA-PDEVS are constructed.The simulation engine is designed and programmed.Under certain operational conditions,simulation and deduction experiments on both red and blue platforms.(3)With respect to the uncertainty and complexity of regional air defense and anti-missile combat process,the combat network platform and the effectiveness index system are established.The gray-level comprehensive assessment method is proposed.Furthermore,the combat effectiveness can be objectively evaluated,which solves the problem where network-based regional air defense and the effectiveness of anti-missile combat can not be clearly quantified in platform-based regional air defense and anti-missile combat measurements.
