The Risk And Precaution Of International Settlement For Z Manufacturing Company

As the key link of trade,international settlement has received great attention with the globalization of trade.The international settlement method has also transitioned from traditional payment methods(bill settlement)to increasing financial services such as guarantees and financing(remittances,collections,letters of credit,bank guarantees,international factoring and standby letters of credit),and has continued to develop and innovate.For enterprises,while enjoying the benefits of swiftness and facilitation,they also need to bear increasingly higher international settlement risks.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the risks of Chinese companies in international settlements,combined with the current national conditions,real-time policies,and the companies themselves,put forward targeted risk prevention and avoidance measures that play an important role in the healthy development of enterprises.This article takes international settlement risk as the main attack point and from the perspective of exporting enterprises,summarizes the risks faced in international trade settlement and proposes corresponding risk prevention programs.While digesting and absorbing a large amount of basic theoretical knowledge,combined with the existing practical problems of the company,the relevant knowledge is used to solve it。 The article is roughly divided into four parts: the first part is an introduction,while analyzing and summarizing the research background and significance of this article,while consulting a large number of relevant literature,and summarizing the current research status at home and abroad;Methods and the existing settlement risks;the third part carefully analyzes the main reasons for the settlement risks of company Z;the fourth part is based on the reasons analyzed in the third part and the company’s own situation,and puts forward specific precautions.
