| With the rapid economic development in recent years, highway tunnels have made very high progress.Tunnel development technology has also been continuously improved with the development of science and technology. In recent years, the number of private cars, passenger cars, and freight cars has also risen linearly. At the same time, the traffic volume of the entire tunnel has also increased significantly. With more and more vehicles, the risk of fire in tunnels increases.Due to its tightness, small space and poor air circulation performance,it will cause a large amount of high temperature and toxic gases in some areas, and even cause damage to the tunnel vault structure and facilities. However, outdated equipment and facilities in the tunnel will lead to rescue in time. It’s very difficult. This article takes the Badaling Highway Tunnel as the research background.First, use Pyrosim fire simulation software to analyze the various factors that affect evacuation, and build a model based on the actual size of the tunnel.Set the fire scene parameter values in the most unfavorable condition of the tunnel evacuation, and combine the simulation results generated by Smokeview The smoke visibility,CO concentration distribution law,and the temperature values of the vertical and horizontal sections of the tunnel during the tunnel fire were analyzed to determine the available safe evacuation time(AEST)for personnel evacuation.Secondly,by consulting relevant literature, the simulation parameters such as vehicle composition, evacuation personnel composition, and walking speed of the person in the tunnel are obtained, and the evacuation crowd in the tunnel is simulated.Get evacuation personnel must evacuation time(REST).Finally,a small-scale wind tunnel experiment is performed, and the experimental results of Pyrosim numerical simulation are verified to determine the accuracy of the simulation results, and then reasonable suggestions for the evacuation passage setting are proposed.Aiming at the problems of tunnel safety management and control, this paper proposes countermeasures for highway tunnel safety management. |
