Battery electric vehicle is powered by pure electric power,combined with advanced technologies such as vehicle driving control and internet of vehicles.It is a new structure and environmentally friendly new energy vehicle.Motor drive control system is the core system of pure electric vehicle.The quality of the system directly affects the dynamic performance,safety and stability of the vehicle.However,The traditional direct torque control power drive control system has large flux linkage and torque ripple,and the inverter switching frequency is not constant.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the Motor drive control system of pure electric vehicles.At present,there are many kinds of driving motors commonly used in new energy vehicles.Among them,the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is not only small in size and light in weight,but also has high power density and power factor,as well as high reliability and efficiency.Therefore,researchers believe it has great application potential in the current field of blade electric vehicle.In view of these,this paper is studied the electric drive control system of Battery electric vehicle used permanent magnet synchronous motor.The main research contents and results of this paper are shown below:(1)By using C lark and Park coordinate transformation,the mathematical model of PMSM in the natural coordinate system is transformed into the synchronous rotating coordinate system,and the mathematical model of PMSM in the synchronous rotating coordinate system is established,which is conducive to the control analysis and design of the motor;the direct torque control system simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is established by using the struc tural modeling method of MATLAB/Simulink,The simulation results are basically consistent with the expected results,which provides an important reference for further improving the motor drive control system.(2)The synthesis of expected SVPWM is analyzed and calculated by using SVPWM technology.The results are shown that the fundamental voltage amplitude of SVPWM inverter output line is 15% higher than that of SPWM inverter.The action sequence of basic voltage space vector is studied,and the realization methods of five segment SVPWM and seven segment SVPWM are given,and the simulation model of SVPWM control algorithm is established.The simulation results are verified the feasibility and accuracy of SVPWM algorithm model.The switching frequency is fixed and the harmonic component is reduced.(3)Based on the sliding mode variable structure control technology and the second-order sliding mode control algorithm,the flux and torque sliding mode controller is designed.The traditional flux and torquehysteresis controllers in the permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control system are replaced by the flux and torque sliding mode controllers,and the direct torque system model based on the space vector pulse width modulation technology and sliding mode controller is established.The simulation results are shown that the torque amplitude fluctuation is less than traditional direct torque control system,dynamic performance and robustness are improved,and the effec tiveness of the proposed system is verified.
