Structural simulation of electronic equipment is an important method for reliability analysis of electronic equipment,and it is a key link in the development of electronic equipment.At present,there are problems such as low efficiency and lack of specifications in the structure simulation of electronic equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to study fast and convenient means of structure simulation of electronic equipment.This article integrates simulation knowledge into the software system through CAD/CAE integrated modeling and postprocessing,and performs rapid modeling and post-processing based on this information.Finally,a set of rapid modeling and fast results extraction for airborne electronic chassis structure simulation is realized and the system has already been applied.The article takes the airborne electronic chassis as the research object,analyzes the problems of irregular operation and low efficiency in the structural simulation of the electronic chassis,and studies the general analysis process and simulation information of the structural simulation.The structural simulation template is used to implement Solidification of airborne electronic chassis structure simulation analysis process and predefined definition of simulation information.The simulator gives the electronic chassis structure simulation information by selecting and modifying the simulation template,then the system imports the simulation information into ANSYS Workbench,and finally runs the script to quickly generate the structural simulation model,and can complete the simulation result extraction and simulation report generation.The main tasks include:1)The mapping relationship between the simulation characteristics of the electronic chassis structure simulation and the related geometric elements between the CAD software UG and the CAE software ANSYS Workbench is studied,and an algorithm mapping algorithm for the electronic chassis structure simulation feature is proposed and implemented.The geometric elements of the feature association define the identifying features,generate the identifying features,and set the matching conditions of the identifying features,and solve the mapping problem of the electronic chassis structure simulation features between UG and ANSYS Workbench.2)Researched the analysis project creation,pre-processing and post-processing operations in the process of manual structural simulation of the electronic chassis,developed the structural simulation interface,and obtained the electronic chassis structural simulation information by analyzing the structural simulation template file containing the electronic chassis structural simulation information.Then run the script to add simulation information in the CAE software ANSYS Workbench to realize the rapid construction of the electronic chassis structure simulation model.3)Researched the extraction technology of electronic case structure simulation results,and developed the extraction module of electronic case structure simulation results.By running a script in ANSYS Workbench,the cloud view angle was automatically adjusted and the cloud view data of the appropriate angle was intercepted to realize the rapid simulation result of electronic case structure extract.4)Researched the electronic case structure simulation report generation technology,developed the electronic case structure simulation report generation module based on Word,and created the structure simulation report template with the label object to associate the electronic case structure simulation data with the simulation report to achieve Rapid generation of electronic case structure simulation report. |
