Abstract/Summary:
The airport runway has an important function for aircraft takeoff and landing,and is an important attack target for the enemy in wartime.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the damage effect of the airport runway under the blast load..The research issues of the paper are mainly focus on the damage effects of airport runways under the action of blast load by means of numerical simulation and experimental study.The main research work are as follows:Firstly,according to the results of the previous small-dose concrete implosion test,the concrete model parameters were adjusted to obtain reliable concrete model parameters.Then,based on the previous explosion test in soil,the effects of common soil models on the results of numerical simulation were compared,and a reasonable soil model was selected.In order to verify the accuracy of the concrete model parameters,a field test with 1kg and 3kg TNT charge was carried out,and the law of blast damage and pit formation in concrete was obtained.The test results were basically consistent with the numerical simulation results.In order to verify the accuracy of the multi-layer medium model,a small dose reduction test was carried out.The influence rule of the depth of the explosion point on the damage of the surface layer was obtained,and the numerical simulation results were basically consistent with the experimental results.Secondly,according to the analysis of airport runway target characteristics and conventional anti-runway weapon damage element analysis,establish a numerical simulation model of airport runway explosion damage analysis,and study the influence of grid size and calculation dimensions on the calculation results,to obtain more reliable numerical simulation model.Using the adjusted model,the effects of prefabricated blast holes,charge,depth of explosion point on blast damage in the airport runway were systematically discussed.The numerical simulation results show that the runway damage effect is significantly enhanced when there is no prefabricated blast hole.When the charge amount increases,the runway damage increases at the same explosion point depth.When the explosion point depth increases,the runway damage effect increases first.When the depth is greater than the maximum damage point depth,as the depth of the explosion point increases,the damage radius decreases.Moreover when the charge amount increases,the depth of the maximum damage increases.Thirdly,according to the numerical simulation results,the engineering expressions between the damage radius and the charge ratio buried depth is given,and the applicable scope is given.The model has a high accuracy for the large proportion of the charge ratio buried depth.According to the results of numerical simulation,the rule of the explosion damage effect of the airport runway in blast load is summarized.In this paper,the research deepened the understanding of the internal explosion damage mechanism of the airport runway-like multilayer medium,and obtained the change law of the explosion load’s damage effect on the airport runway.According to the numerical simulation results,the empirical formula of the relationship between the damage radius and the charge ratio buried depth is fitted,which provided an engineering algorithm for quickly evaluating the damage effect of the airport runway during wartime.It has important guiding significance for the research of runway repair technology.Meanwhile the research results have certain reference value for guiding the design and protection of airport runway structural,as well as anti-runway weapon design.
