Shield tunnel construction is a large and complex dynamic system.During the construction of shield tunnel,due to the change of the geological environment with time and space,the interaction between the shield propulsion system and the geological environment system,the complex control principle of the shield tunnel machine,and other factors,Reasonable boring speed is not easy to determine,the shield tunneling direction changes,and the shield machine head-up,head-down,offset,serpentine propulsion and other conditions may occur,which is not conducive to tunnel axis control.With the rapid development of global shield construction technology,smart shield construction has become a research hotspot for scholars at home and abroad.Big data analysis technology can analyze and mine a large amount of data generated by the shield process,and then realize the risk management and decision support in the shield process.It is the best choice for smart shield construction.In summary,based on the business analysis and mechanism analysis of shield tunneling,this paper analyzes the key factors that affect the axis deviation,and deeply explores the relationship between the shield tunneling parameters and the axis deviation.Applying big data analysis technology,effectively transforming massive but unused data information into mechanism knowledge and experience,supplementing the shortcomings of traditional construction methods,providing decision support and risk control for shield construction,which is conducive to shield construction quality control and shield It provides a reference for the intelligentization of construction technology,and can also provide a reference for the practical engineering application of big data technology.It has important economic and social benefits.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)The mechanism of shield tunneling and the axis deviation of shield tunnel are analyzed,and the data foundation of shield tunneling is briefly described.Based on this,an overall analysis framework for the method of correlation between shield tunneling parameters and axis deviations is designed,including shield tunneling data processing,tunneling parameter correlation analysis,analysis of key tunneling parameters affecting shield tunneling axis deviations,and shield tunneling parameters and axes.Research on bias correlation model.(2)With the shield axis deviation as the target,the key driving parameter analysis is performed based on the random forest feature selection algorithm,the importance of the driving parameters is ranked according to the score,and the optimal number of key driving parameters is found through cross-validation to obtain the deviation from the axis The most relevant heading parameters.(3)Aiming at analyzing the relationship between shield tunneling parameters and axis deviations,a qualitative correlation analysis model of shield tunneling parameters and axis deviations is proposed.The model uses Apriori algorithm as the basic theory to discretize continuous shield tunneling data.The data resource format suitable for Apriori algorithm analysis uses the iterative method of layer-by-layer search to find the implicit relationships in the data to form rules.Through screening and evaluation,the qualitative correlation between the shield tunneling parameters and the axis deviation is obtained.(4)Aiming at analyzing the relationship between the shield tunneling parameters and the axis deviation,a quantitative correlation analysis model of the shield tunneling parameters and the axis deviation is proposed.The model uses the Bayesian network as the basic theory.The actual shield data is used to construct a Bayesian network for the problem of the relationship between the shield tunneling parameters and the axis deviation.The Bayesian network is used to reason about the axis deviation probability,and the quantitative correlation between the shield tunneling parameters and the axis deviation is obtained.Finally,a shield construction project is taken as an example to verify the method described in this article.The results show that the above method can effectively analyze the relationship between the shield tunneling parameters and the axis deviation,verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
