Due to its unique technical advantages,shield construction has become mainstream method in the construction of subways.However,the shield machine still faces chalenges in multiple strata,such as low tunneling efficiency,difficulty in controlling posture of the shield,abnormal wear of the tool,and uplifting of the ground.These are closely related to the setting of shield tunneling parameters.Based on big data processing and mining technology,the paper studies the correlation between shield construction data.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)This paper proposes a idea of correlation analysis of shield construction data,which based on big data technology.It illustrates the feasibility of this idea by introducing the relevant technologies of big data,the characteristics of shield construction data,the reality of more and more comprehensive data collected during construction,and the various advantages compared with traditional statistical analysis.(2)Learning from the group division method of shield tunnels proposed by Guangzhou Metro,a geological group division criteria is determined.According to the tunnel design route map of the project,the Qifu Station~ Zhongjianfengjin Station interval tunnel crossing the soil layer and the overlying layer is divided and coded,combines eight stratigraphic combinations.(3)Establishing an association analysis method termed shield tunneling efficiency as evaluation system,and explaining the basic principles of K-means clustering algorithm,DecisionTree classification algorithm and Apriori association algorithm involved in correlation analysis.It lays a theoretical foundation for the correlation analysis of shield construction data.(4)This paper proves the suitability of geological group division criteria and correlation analysis methods.Doing data preprocessing work on tunnel shield interval data of the project,then uses the correlation analysis method to obtain the recommended model of the shield construction data under different stratum,and the relationship between the shield construction parameters and the evaluation index.
