Based on the rapid development of Internet technology,people have more and more access to information channels and ways of communication.At present,the influencing factors on how to use the online comments of purchased consumers to identify consumers’purchasing behavior are not perfect.How to identify and classify the intent consumer groups is just getting started.Therefore,this article uses the online comment text of purchased users and the posting text of ordinary users on the online car forums as the material to try to identify the influencing factors of consumer purchasing behavior and the intended consumers in the online forum,and to improve the product based on these major factors.Analyze the types of consumers with intentions to help companies understand and utilize online forums well,so as to provide references for enterprises to develop appropriate marketing strategies,determine the upgrading direction of products,and improve operational efficiency.First of all,this paper sorts out and reviews the existing achievements in text mining,online commentary,online community,etc.in the automotive field at home and abroad,and defines the basic concepts of online forum,online comment,text tendency analysis,topic model and text classification.And summed up consumer purchasing decision behavior and consumer classification theory.Secondly,This paper obtains the online comment data of the owners of the Pacific Auto Auto Accord.The LDA theme model is used to analyze the online comment text of the purchased car owners,and the co-occurrence features of the words in the text are used to discover the subject structure of the text.The main factors affecting consumers’ car purchase behavior are determined by feature word extraction and topic classification.Thirdly,with the use of the text classification algorithm of SVM to analyze the sentiment of the posts of the Accord Auto General Forum users,identify the intentional car buyers and non-intentional car buyers in the Accord Auto General Forum.The LDA theme model is used to determine the subject information of the shortcomings of the online comment of the purchased car owners and the subject information of the non-intentional car users posting texts,and the defects and inadequacies of the Accor car products are obtained through comparative analysis.Then,determining the dimension of the intentional car user classification,using the text classifier to determine the dimension attribution of the intentional car user posting text,forming a judgment vector of the post text classification dimension,and deriving the classification dimension distribution vector of the intended car purchase user,and then using K-MEANS to gather The class method clusters the above distribution vectors and divides the intended car buyers into 6 categories..Finally,based on the analysis of the influencing factors of consumer car purchase behavior,the analysis of intentional car buyers and non-intentional car buyers,and the analysis of intentional car users,combined with the theory of management and marketing,respectively,from the car manufacturer’s product marketing strategy And the car marketing of the car portal to launch the relevant strategic recommendations.
