| Shield machine is complex electro hydraulic equipment,which is widely used in subway,water conservancy and hydropower and urban construction and so on.PHM technology can shorten equipment maintenance time,reduce maintenance costs and improve the success rate.It has the functions of cutting soil excavation,conveying soil slag,assembling tunnel lining and measuring guidance and rectifying deviation.Because a large number of operation data can be produced by the shield machine in the construction process.Hidden valuable knowledge and information can be extracted from these huge amounts of data through data-driven technology.This is a very meaningful field of research.In this paper,data-driven technology is introduced into the shield machine PHM system,which is an important content of PHM technology research.First of all,based on the previous research and domestic and foreign literature research,the whole framework,implementation method,remote monitoring system framework of shield machine PHM system and based on data-driven were put forward.The requirements of the three major functions of the system(data acquisition software,remote monitoring web pages and data-driven technology application)were sorted out and summed up.And the system software development environment,tools,patterns,architecture and the choice of development language were briefly introduced.Secondly,according to the data acquisition software functional requirements analysis,combined with the earth pressure balance shield machine subsystem parameters table.The data table was created by using MySQL database design.A scheme of acquiring and uploading data directly from shield machine PLC through OPC protocol was put forward.The data acquisition client was designed and developed by using C/S mode,C#.NET technology and MySQL database.The operation data of each subsystem of the shield machine was collected and stored in real time.And the information was uploaded to the remote central server.Thirdly,refer to the PCVue configuration software interface installed on the EPB shield machine.The shield machine remote monitoring Web page was designed and developed by using Visual Studio2013 tools,combining with C#.NET Winform,Html and DIV+CSS and other front-end web development technology.The functions of on-line monitoring,data analysis,maintenance management and intelligent fault diagnosis for each subsystem of shield machine were realized.At the same time,the system data acquisition client and remote monitoring Web were tested successfully.Finally,the data driven PHM method architecture and the three intelligent algorithms integrated in data mining tool Clementine 12.0-C5.0 decision tree,neural network and time series were introduced.And they were applied to the fault diagnosis,prediction and health management of shield machines based on the measured data of cutterhead system.The validity of the data driven method in the PHM system of shield machine was verified. |
